Imaam Muhammad Al-Ameen Ash-Shanqeeti’s Attitude towards the Dunyah

Imaam Muhammad Al-Ameen Ash-Shaqeetee (rahimahullaah) said: Indeed I came from the land of Shanqeet (to Saudi Arabia) and with me was a treasure which is rarely found with anyone, and that is Al-Qanaa’ah (i.e. contentment). Had I desired status I would have acquainted myself with the paths to it, but I do not prefer the worldly (treasures) over the afterlife. I do not give knowledge in order to obtain the worldly goals.

Imaam Muhammad Bin Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said: This is a statement from Shaikh Ash-Shanqeetee and those similar to him among the people of knowledge, for indeed they (rahimahumullaah) do not desire to ascribe piety to themselves, rather they want to benefit the people and that the people follow their example and this path, because we know that this is their situation and that of the scholars, for they do not want to ascribe themselves to piety through that(i.e. dissemination of knowledge), rather they are the furthest people from that.

Abu Mu’aawiyah (Abdullah Al-Gambi)

A Tremendous Advice of Al-Allaamah Ahmad Bin Yahyah An-Najmi (rahimahullaah)!

Al-Allaamah Ahmad Bin Yahyah An-Najmi (rahimahullaah) said:

O people! Beautify your deeds based on the scales of the legislated Islamic Law-the scales of the Qur’aan, the Sunnah and the actions of the Salaf of the Ummah!

Examine whether you are upon the truth or whether you have abandoned it, or some of it! If you are upon the truth, then praise your Lord Who granted it to you and asked Him for steadfastness upon it. And if you have abandoned it or some of it, then take yourselves to account today before time elapses!

Remember that Allaah (The Most High) will question everyone of us regarding the response we gave to the Messengers and what we used to do!

O brothers! Indeed I call you to a call that is an upright guidance for you and out of concern for you, so that you are freed from the (groups) of illegal partisanship and return to the unrestricted truth and the Sunnah. But if you refuse, then the meeting between you and us will be in Allaah’s presence (i.e. day of judgement) and those who have wronged are going to know to what (kind of) return they will be returned.

One of the evil traits of a Seeker of Leadership

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said:

The seeker of leadership- even through falsehood- becomes pleased with a statement that contains an exaltation of him, even if it is falsehood.  He becomes angered by a statement that contains a rebuke against him, even if it is truth.  (As for) the believer, he is pleased with a statement of truth whether it is for or against him. And he is angered by a statement of falsehood whether it is for or against him.  That is because Allaah (The Most High) loves truth, truthfulness and justice, and He hates lies and oppression. [Majmoo Al-Fataawaa: 10/600]

The Late Scholar and Muhaddith- Shaikh Badiuddeen Shah ar-Rashidi as-Sindee (rahimahullaah)

His Kunyah: Abu Muhammad

His full name: Badiuddin Shah ar-Rashidi as-Sindhi.

A notable Muhaddith from Pakistan. The Noble Scholar was known for his staunch position against the grave worshippers in Pakistan, as well as the callers to blind following of madhaahib and the various other evil practices that filled that country.

The Shaykh spent some years teaching in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Here, he taught at Daarul-Hadeeth al-Khayriyyah, he taught classes in the Haram, and he taught classes in Masjidun-Nabawee and lived in al-Madeenah for a few years.

His students include, Shaykh Rabee’ Ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee and Shaykh Muqbil Ibn Haadee al-Waadi’ee. One of his lecture in Arabic (with English translation) on the topic of Importance of Hadeeth can be listened as mp3 by clicking here.

Here is a pdf which is translated into English from his Urdu book on the importance of the Imaam to have a correct aqeedah. It is a refutation of the Deobandis.

The Shaykh died in 1416H. May Allah have mercy on him and reward him immensely for his efforts in giving Da’wah to Tawheed and Sunnah and refuting Shirk, Kufr, Bid’ah and Khurafaat. Aameen.

Three most hated persons to Allaah!

Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallaahu-anhumaa):

The Prophet said, “The most hated persons to Allah are three: (1) A person who deviates from the right conduct, i.e., an evil doer, in the Haram (sanctuaries of Mecca and Medina); (2) a person who seeks that the traditions of the Pre-lslamic Period of Ignorance, should remain in Islam (3) and a person who seeks to shed somebody’s blood without any right.” [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari, Hadeeth Number 21, Vol 9]

A Warning from Allaah (The Most High) to the Hujjaaj (Pilgrims)

Allaah (The Most High) said:

الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَّعْلُومَاتٌ ۚ فَمَن فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ الْحَجَّ فَلَا رَفَثَ وَلَا فُسُوقَ وَلَا جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ ۗ وَمَا تَفْعَلُوا مِنْ خَيْرٍ يَعْلَمْهُ اللَّهُ ۗ وَتَزَوَّدُوا فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الزَّادِ التَّقْوَىٰ ۚ وَاتَّقُونِ يَا أُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ

The Hajj (pilgrimage) is (in) the well-known (lunar year) months (i.e. the 10th month, the 11th month and the first ten days of the 12th month of the Islamic calendar, i.e. two months and ten days). So whosoever intends to perform Hajj therein by assuming Ihram), then he should not have sexual relations (with his wife), nor commit sin, nor dispute unjustly during the Hajj. And whatever good you do, (be sure) Allah knows it. And take a provision (with you) for the journey, but the best provision is At-Taqwa (piety, righteousness, etc.). So fear Me, O men of understanding! [2:197]

3 Days Has Passed, But We’re Still Waiting for Markaz at-Tawheed, Markaz al-Huda and Markaz as-Sunnah to announce Their Stance towards Usaamah Bin Laadin, Zakir Niak and Lashkar Taibah

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Allaah (The Most High) stated:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ بِالْقِسْطِ شُهَدَاءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوْ عَلَىٰ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَوِ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْأَقْرَبِينَ ۚ إِنْ يَكُنْ غَنِيًّا أَوْ فَقِيرًا فَاللَّهُ أَوْلَىٰ بِهِمَا ۖ فَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا الْهَوَىٰ أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا ۚ وَإِنْ تَلْوُوا أَوْ تُعْرِضُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [4:135]

Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) said: We call to the methodology of the Salaf—to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger.  We utilize them as proofs in our creed; in our acts of worship; in our stances; in our relationship with the rulers and the ruled and in our relationship with the groups and sects.  As for others, they play games and tricks.  By Allaah! You do not find them except that they play tricks and games with the passion (or inclinations) of the youth. [End of quote]

O Markaz at-Tawheed, Markaz al-Huda and Markaz as-Sunnah! We are still waiting for your stance towards Usaamah Bin Laadin, Zakir Niak and Lashkar Taibah! Indeed Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz (rahimahullaah) refuted Usamah Bin Laadin. See page 4 in this pdf:

So If He Ever Exaggerates Again, In Order to Twist The True State of Affairs About His Behaviour And Blame Others, We’ll Have No Choice But To Expose Him In Detail

Allaah (The Most High) said:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اجْتَنِبُوا كَثِيرًا مِّنَ الظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعْضَ الظَّنِّ إِثْمٌ

O you who believe! Avoid much suspicions, indeed some suspicions are sins. 49:12

The Admin at Masjid Al-Furqan have factual and eye witness evidences regarding the behaviour of the confused caller to brotherhood at Markaz as-Sunnah (i.e. allies of Greenlane’s Hizbi Admin). Therefore, if he does not refrain from twisting the true state of affairs and continue seeking to blame others for his bad behaviour, we will ask witnesses from Wolverhampton and Birmingham to bear witness to what he did and why he was rebuked.

Imaam as-Saa’di (rahimahullaah) said: Allaah (The Most High) has forbidden much evil (sinful) suspicion towards the believers, because some suspicions are sins.  And that is like the suspicion devoid of reality and factual evidence, and like the suspicion accompanied by much forbidden speech and action. For indeed, the settlement of evil suspicion in the heart does not restrict the one (in whose heart is that evil suspicion) only to that; rather, he does not cease until he utters and does that which is not permissible. The confused caller to brotherheed at Markaz as-Sunnah (allies of Greenlane’s Hizbi Admin) claims that the Salafiyyoon at Masjid Al-Furqan harboured evil suspicion against him! Indeed, what the confused caller to brotherhood deliberately ignores is that not all types of evil suspicions are blameworthy. The forbidden evil suspicion is that one devoid of reality and factual evidence etc. As for the brothers at Masjid Al-Furqan, they have factual evidences and eye witnesses regarding the behaviour of this person. Therefore, if he ever seeks to twist the true state of affairs regarding his behaviour and blame others, we will ask witnesses from Wolverhampton and Birmingham to witness to what he did to deserve rebuke.
