Shame on The Silent Human devils (Obstinate Hizbiyyoon)-Those who promote Yasir Qadhi [The Speaking Human Devil, who utters Vile Speech against Ameerul Mumineen Umar Ibnul Khattaab (radiyallaahu-anhu)

Ali Ibn Shaqeeq (rahimahullaah) said: I heard Abdullaah Ibnul Mubaarak (rahimahullaah) saying in the midst of the people: Leave the narrations of the Amr Bin Thaabit because he used to revile the Salaf (i.e. the pious predecessors).” [Muslim 1/16]

Shaikh Jamaal Bin Fareehaan (may Allaah preserve him) said:

How about if Ibnul Mubaarak (rahimahullaah) was to appear amongst us (today)! What would he say about those who speak ill of the companions of the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) and speak concerning them with evil speech, such as the likes of Mawdoodi, Sayyid Qutb, Taariq Suwaydaan, Hasan Bin Farhaan Al-Maaliki, Abul Hasan Al-Maribi Al-Misri and those who defend these people or keep silent about them! [End of quote [1]

Likewise, what would have Ibnul Mubaarak (rahimahullaah) said about the obstinate Ikhwaani speaking devil, Yasir Qadhi, and the silent human devils amongst the hizbiyyoon-those who still promote Yasir Qadhi?!

Are these the reasons that stops you from having more children?!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said:

What then is the (reason) behind the call for birth control? Is it out of fear of a straitened livelihood or tiredness from bringing up (children)? If it is the first affair, then this is evil suspicion towards Allaah (The Most High)—and that is because Allaah (The Most High) said:

وَمَا مِنْ دَابَّةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا عَلَى اللَّهِ رِزْقُهَا

[And no (moving) living creature is there on earth but its provision is due from Allah] [Hud: Ayah 6]

And when Allaah (Glorified Be He) creates a created being He definitely provides for it.  Allaah (The Most High) said:

 وَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ دَابَّةٍ لَا تَحْمِلُ رِزْقَهَا اللَّهُ يَرْزُقُهَا وَإِيَّاكُمْ ۚ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

And so many a moving (living) creature there is, that carries not its own provision! Allah provides for it and for you. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower] [Ankabut: Ayah 60]

And He (The Most High) stated about those who kill their children out of fear of poverty:

  نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُهُمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ ۚ

[We provide for them and for you] (Israa: Ayah 31)]

And if the (reason) behind the call for birth control is out of fear of tiredness due to bringing up children, then this is a mistake; for how many a small number of children are there whose upbringing involves great difficult, and how many children are there whose upbringing is much easier than that of those far smaller than them in number?!  So the affair of bringing up children—the difficulty and ease of it—is dependent on ease facilitated by Allaah. And whenever a slave (i.e. the Muslim) fears Allaah and follows the paths of the Islamic legislation, Allaah makes his affair easy.  Allaah (The Most High) said: وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًا  [And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make his matter easy for him]

I am free (or liberated) and I am free to do what I want! [Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen responds]

Imaam Muhammad Bin Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) was asked about the statement of a person who says:

I am free (or liberated)”

Answer

If a liberated/free man says this and intends by it freedom from slavery to the creation, then yes he is free from slavery to the creation. However, if he intends by this that he is liberated/ freed from servitude to Allaah (The Mighty and Majestic), then indeed he has erred in his understanding of servitude and he does not understand the meaning of freedom/liberation; because servitude to other than Allaah is bondage. As for the servitude of a person to Allaah (The Mighty and Majestic), then this is real freedom; because if he does not humble himself to Allaah, he will humble himself to other than Allaah. So he deceives himself when he says that he is free/liberated, meaning: he is liberated from obedience to Allaah and does not fulfil (such obedience to Him).

Imaam Muhammad Bin Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) was asked about the statement of a disobedient person, who when met with disapproval (due to sins committed he would say):

I am free with regards to what I carry out of my own actions.”

Answer

This is an error; we say: You are not free to disobey Allaah, rather if you disobey Allaah, then indeed you have violated the slavery which you claim to be upon of obedience, humility and submission to Allaah;  and you have entered into the bondage of Shaytaan and desires.

We ask Allaah (The Most High) to keep us steadfast upon His Religion until we meet Him. And we ask Him (The Most High) to protect us and our offspring from the enmity of the people of Shirk, Kufr, Nifaaq and Bidah. We ask Him to protect us and  our offspring from the shameless callers to lewdness, falsehood and filth. Aameen

There is no unrestricted partisanship to anyone besides the Messenger of Allaah

Al-Allaamah Zayd Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (rahimahullaah) stated:

There is no (unrestricted) partisanship except to the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) because he is infallible and never speaks out of his desires. As for unrestricted partisanship to personalities whether they are correct or mistaken, then indeed this is not permissible for the seeker of knowledge.  On the other hand, he should look to such and such Shaikhs as to which of them is upon uprightness and is following the Manhaj of the Salaf. This is the one whom we place our hands on his hands- not out of blameworthy blind following, rather due to the fact that he is upon the truth. So we agree with him upon truth and follow a singular path in obedience to the statement of Allaah (The Mighty and Majestic):

[وَأَنَّ هَٰذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ]

“And verily, this is my Straight Path, so follow it, and follow not (other) paths, for they will separate you away from His Path. 6:153

As for the one who selects Shaikhs, leaders and guides, whilst being in agreement with them- in what is correct and wrong- to the extent that they do not leave their Manhaj whether they are correct or wrong, then these are the people who bring evil upon themselves and upon others. And if they do not repent, then they are most worthy of being blamed. So the affair-and all praise belongs to Allaah- is clear and it is not permissible for a person to be in confusion regarding this affair.

Therefore, we are with those who follow the straight path-we follow a singular path which Allaah (The Mighty and Majestic) has commanded us to follow and which the messenger called us to. And those you follow the wrong path or are mistaken in many of their affairs, or in some of their affairs, we leave him (i.e. we leave his mistakes or abandon him when he deserves to be boycotted). None is followed in everything except the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam). As for the people, then indeed they can be correct or mistaken. Indeed, we do not follow them and we do not follow their footsteps solely because they are Shaikhs, Callers to Islaam, leaders or guides; rather you should be with the people of the Salafi Manhaj-those who follow the correct manhaj and correct understanding.

Death is enough as an admonition for every sensible person!

Allaah (The Most High) stated:

تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيَاةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفُورُ

”Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion, and He is Able to do all things. Who has created death and life, that He may test you which of you is best in deed. And He is the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving. [67:1-2]

Allaah (The Most High) stated:

Everyone shall taste death. And only on the Day of Resurrection shall you be paid your wages in full. And whoever is removed away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise, he indeed is successful. The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception (a deceiving thing). [3:185]

Allaah (The Most High) stated:

أَيْنَمَا تَكُونُوا يُدْرِككُّمُ الْمَوْتُ وَلَوْ كُنتُمْ فِي بُرُوجٍ مُّشَيَّدَةٍ

“Wheresoever you may be, death will overtake you even if you are in fortresses built up strong and high!” [4:78]

Allaah (The Most High) stated:

نَحْنُ قَدَّرْنَا بَيْنَكُمُ الْمَوْتَ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

عَلَىٰ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ أَمْثَالَكُمْ وَنُنشِئَكُمْ فِي مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ

We have decreed death to you all, and We are not unable, to transfigure you and create you in (forms) that you know not. [56:60-61]

 Allaah (The Most High) said:

وَمَا جَعَلْنَا لِبَشَرٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ الْخُلْدَ ۖ أَفَإِن مِّتَّ فَهُمُ الْخَالِدُونَ

And We granted not to any human being immortality before you (O Muhammad ), then if you die, would they live forever? [21:34]

Allaah (The Most High) stated:

إِنَّكَ مَيِّتٌ وَإِنَّهُم مَّيِّتُونَ

ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عِندَ رَبِّكُمْ تَخْتَصِمُونَ

Verily, you (O Muhammad) will die and verily, they (too) will die. Then, on the Day of Resurrection, you will be disputing before your Lord. [39:30-31]

Allaah (The Most High) stated:

وَجَاءَتْ سَكْرَةُ الْمَوْتِ بِالْحَقِّ ۖ ذَٰلِكَ مَا كُنتَ مِنْهُ تَحِيدُ

And the stupor of death will come in truth: “This is what you have been avoiding!” [50:19]

The Hadeeth of al Baraa ibn Aazib reported by Ahmad, Abu Daawud, al Haakim and others; The following is the wording of Imaam Ahmad rahimahullaah with authentic additions from others, compiled and authenticated by Shaikh al-Albaanee –rahimahullaah-in ‘Ahkaamul-Janaa`iz(pp.198-202) and it is up to the standard of Imaams al- Bukhaari and Muslim :

‘We went out with the Prophet sall Allaahu alaiyhi wa sallam on a funeral of a man from the Ansaar. So we came to the grave and he sall Allaahu alaiyhi wa sallam had a stick, with which he was prodding the earth. He began looking towards the sky, and looking towards the earth, and raising his gaze and lowering it three times, and then he said:

Seek Allaah’s refuge from the Punishment of the Grave! …two or three times, and then he (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: O Allaah, I seek your refuge from the Punishment of the Grave. …three times; And then he sall Allaahu alaiyhi wa sallam said:

The believing servant, when he is departing from this world and going on to the Hereafter – then some angels from the heaven descend upon him, with white faces as if their faces were the sun. With them, there are shrouds from the shrouds of Paradise and perfume for embalming from the perfume of Paradise – until they sit at a distance away from him that can be reached by the sight.

And then the Angel of Death alaiyhis-salaam comes, until he sits by his head and he says: O Pure soul! (and in one narration – at rest), come out to forgiveness from Allaah and His Pleasure! So it comes out flowing just like a drop of fluid flows out of a vessel. So he (alayhis-salaam) takes it – and in one narration – when his soul comes out, then every angel between the Heavens and the Earth makes supplication for it and every angel in the Heaven and the Gates of the (lowest) Heaven are opened for him.

And there are no inhabitants (i.e. angels) present at any gate except that they make supplication to Allaah that his soul be taken up from their direction.

So when he (the Angel of Death) takes it, he does not leave it in his hand even for the blink of an eye until he takes it and places it in that shroud and in that perfume – and that is His Saying, He the Most High: ‘Our Messengers take his soul in Death, and they do not fall short in their duty.’

And a smell comes from him like the smell of the purest musk found on the face of the earth. Then they ascend with it (the believing soul) and they do not pass by any (group of angels) expect that they say: What is this pure soul? So they say: It is so and so, the son of so and so. …mentioning him by the finest names which he used to be called in this world, until they take him to the lowest heaven and they request that it be opened for him – so it is opened for him.

And then the closest ones from every heaven accompany him to the next heaven until he reaches the seventh heaven – and Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic says: Write down the record of My servant in Illiyyeen (the highest heaven)! ‘And what will explain to you what is Illiyyoon? (in it will be) the written down record. Witnessed by those drawn close.’

So he sall Allaahu alaiyhi wa sallam said: Then his record will be written down in Illiyyeen. Then it will be said: Return him to the earth, for I have promised them that: From it I created you, and to it I shall return you, then I shall take you out from it again.

So he will be returned to the earth and his soul will be returned to his body, and he will hear the striking of the feet of his companions when they depart from him going away (from his grave). Then two severe angels will come to him, and they will be very abrupt with him, they will make him sit up and they will say to him: Who is your Lord? So he will say: My Lord is Allaah. They will say to him: What is your religion? So he will say: My religion is Islaam. So they will say to him: What was this man who was sent amongst you? He will say: He is Allaah’s Messenger sal Allaahu alaiyhi wa sallam. So they will say to him: How did you know? So he will say: I read the Book of Allaah, and I believed in it, and I affirmed it.

So he will be abrupt with him, and say: Who is your Lord? What is your religion? Who is your Prophet? And this will be the last trial that the believer will face. So that is about what Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic said: ‘Allaah will make those who are believers firm, with the firm saying in the life of this world.’ So he will say: My Lord is Allaah, my Religion is Islaam and my Prophet is Muhammad sall Allaahu alaiyhi wa sallam.

Then a caller will call from the heavens: ‘My Servant has spoken the Truth, so give him a bed from Paradise, and give him clothing from Paradise and open for him a door towards Paradise.’ So its gentle breeze and fragrance will come to him, and his grave will be expanded for him as far as the eye can see. And then there will come to him (in one narration there will be shown to him) a man with a handsome face, with fine clothing, with a beautiful scent, and he will say:

Receive good news of that which is pleasing for you! Receive good news of pleasure from Allaah and of gardens containing everlasting delight! This is your day which you were promised. So he will reply to him: And you – may Allaah give you good tidings – who are you? Your face is the face of one who comes with good. So he will say: I am your righteous deeds. For by Allaah, I have not known you except to be quick upon obedience to Allaah, slow to disobey him, so may Allaah reward you with good.

And then a gate will be opened for him from Paradise and a gate from the Fire, and he will say: This would have been your place, had you been disobedient to Allaah but Allaah has exchanged this for you instead of it. And when he sees what is in Paradise, he will say: O My Lord, hasten the establishment of the Hour so that I can return to my family and what is for me! So it will be said to him: Be calm. And he sall Allaahu alaiyhi wa sallam said: And as for the kaafir (disbelieving servant) (and in one narration – the faajir, the wicked one), when he is departing from this world and going on to the Hereafter, then angels descend upon him from the Heaven – angels who are severe and stern with black faces, having sack- cloths from the Fire. So they will sit at a distance from him that the sight can reach, and then the Angel of Death will come until he sits by his head and says: O foul and filthy soul! Come out to the Wrath of Allaah and His Anger! So it (his soul) will scatter throughout his body. So he will drag it out, just as a pronged roasting- fork with many prongs is pulled through wet wool. The veins and tendons will be torn along with it. And he will be cursed by every angel between the Heaven and the Earth and by every angel in the Heaven. The gates of the Heaven will be locked. There will not be any inhabitants of any gate except that they make supplication to Allaah that his soul should not ascend from their direction. So he will take it (the soul) and when he takes it, he will not leave it in his hand even for the blink of an eye – until he places it in that sack cloth. And there will come out from him a smell like the worst stench of the foulest corpse rotting upon the earth.

So they will take it up, and they will not pass by any group of angels except that they say:What is this foul spirit? So they will say: So and so, the son of so and so. …mentioning the worst names which he used to be called in this world, until they reach the lowest heaven, and request is made for him that it be opened but it will not be opened for him.

Then he sall Allaahu alaiyhi wa sallam recited: ‘The gates of the Heaven will not be opened for them (the disbelievers) nor will they enter Paradise until a camel passes through the eye of a needle.’ So he sall Allaahu alaiyhi wa sallam said: So Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic will say: Write his record in sijjeen (the lowest earth)! Then it will be said: Return My Servant to the Earth because I have promised them that from it I created you, and to it I shall return you and from it I will bring you out another time.  So his spirit will be thrown down from the Heaven until it lands in his body. Then he sall Allaahu alaiyhi wa sallam recited: ‘And whoever commits shirk along with Allaah, then it is as if he had fallen down from the Heaven and been snatched by birds – or the wind had carried him and thrown him in a far off place.’ So his soul will be returned to his body and he will hear the footsteps of his companions when they are departing from him, and two angels will come to him who are severe. And they will be severe with him, and they will make him sit up and they will say to him: Who is your Lord? So he will say: Haah, haah… I don’t know. So they will say to him: What is your religion? So he will say: Haah, haah… I don’t know. So they will say: So what do you say about this man who was sent amongst you? So he will not be able to mention his name.

So it is said: Muhammad. So he will say: Haah, haah…I do not know. I heard the people saying this. It will be said: You do not know and you did not recite. So then a caller from the Heavens will call: He has lied. So give him bedding from the Fire, and open for him a door to the Fire. So its heat and its scorching wind will come upon him, and his grave will be constricted upon him until his ribs cross over. Then there will appear to him a man with an evil looking face with foul clothing, smelling of an evil stench and he will say: Receive news which will upset you. This is your day which you were promised. So he will say: And may Allaah give you news of evil! Who are you? For your face is the one who comes with evil. So he will say: I am your foul deeds. I have not known you except being slow upon obedience to Allaah, quick to disobey Allaah, so may Allaah reward you with evil.

And then there will be set loose upon him one (angel) who is blind, dumb and deaf and he will have a heavy hammer in his hand. If a mountain were struck with it, it would become dust. So he will strike him with it, until he is smashed to dust. And then Allaah will return him to how he used was before, and (then) he will strike him with it again, and he will scream with a scream that will be heard by everything, except for mankind and jinn. And then a gate will be opened for him from the Fire and bedding will be given to him from the Fire. So he will say: O my Lord, do not establish the Hour! [This hadeeth was posted on salafitalk.net]

We ask Allaah for sincerity, steadfastness and a good ending in this life. Aameen

”The Prophet is more worthy of the believers than themselves.” [Al-Ahzaab. Ayah:6]

Summarized benefits:

The closest thing a person possesses and the most important thing he has is him/herself. However, the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) is more worthy of person than him/herself. That is because the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) gave them (i.e. the creation) sincere advise, and showed them affection and compassion. There is none who shows the most mercy and compassion to the creation except that the Messenger is the greatest favour amongst the creation to the people than everyone else. That is because neither an atom’s weight of good has reached them nor an atom’s weight of evil is repelled from them, except through him (i.e. due to the message he conveyed to them from Allaah). And for this reason it is obligated on them that when the desires of their souls are in opposition to what the Messenger wants (from them), they should give precedence to what the Messenger wants (from them). They should not oppose the statement of the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) with the statement of anyone else—regardless who that person may be—and they are to sacrifice themselves, their wealth and offspring in giving precedence to loving the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wsallam) over the entire creation. They are not to say anything (i.e. in the religion) until he says so, nor do they put themselves forward before him. [1] Those Who Call Unsuspecting Muslims to Shirk- All affairs are in Allaah’s Control!

Allaah (The Most High) said:

لَيۡسَ لَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَمۡرِ شَىۡءٌ أَوۡ يَتُوبَ عَلَيۡہِمۡ أَوۡ يُعَذِّبَهُمۡ فَإِنَّهُمۡ ظَـٰلِمُونَ

”Not for you (O Muhammad), but for Allah) is the decision; whether He turns in mercy to (pardons) them or punishes them; verily, they are the Zalimun (polytheists, disobedients, and wrong-doers, etc.) [3:128]

Narrated Sahl (radiyallaahu-anhu) that he was asked about the wound of the Prophet on the day (of the battle) of Ubud. He said, “The face of the Prophet was wounded and one of his front teeth was broken and the helmet over his head was smashed. Fatima washed off the blood while ‘All held water. When she saw that bleeding was increasing, she burnt a mat (of date-palm leaves) till it turned into ashes and she filled the wound with those ashes and thus the bleeding ceased. [Saahih Bukhaari. Vol 4. Number: 2911]

It is reported in the Saheeh that one of the Prophet’s teeth was broken and his head was injured (during the battle of Uhud), so he began to wipe the blood away from it, saying: How can a people be successful who cut the face of their Prophet and break his teeth, whilst supplicating to Allaah. So Allaah (The Mighty and Majestic) revealed the Ayah: [لَيۡسَ لَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَمۡرِ شَىۡءٌ-Not for you (O Muhammad), but for Allah) is the decision] [Source: Zaad Al-Ma-aad 3/205-206]

Our Salaf: Maymoon Bin Mehraan–Where is the Imaan of this woman compared to that of Maryam Bint Imraan?!

Imaam Dhahabi (rahimahullaah) reported from Baqiyyah Ibn Al-Waleed (rahimahullaah) that Abdul Malik Bin Abee An-Nu’maan Al-Jazariy (rahimahullaah) said: Maymoon Bin Mehraan narrated to us, saying: A man argued with him about Ir’jaa, so whilst (speaking), they heard a woman singing. Maymoon then said: “Where is the Imaan of this one (i.e. the woman who was signing) compared to the Imaan of Maryam Bint Imraan?” So the man left and did not respond to him.
