[3] Beware of Goldie [Abu Usama (The Man of Bidah)]–Why Was Yahyah Bin Ma’een Hated and Why Is Shaikh Rabee Slandered and Hated ?!

Muhammad Ibn Haaroon Al-Fallaas (rahimahullaah) said: If you see a man speaking ill of Yahyah Bin Ma’een, then know that he is a liar who fabricates hadeeth. He only hates him (i.e. hates Yahyah) because of what he clarifies concerning the affair of the liars.[1]

 

Question to Al-Allaamah, Shaikh Saaleh Al-Luhaydaan (may Allaah preserve him):

”Why is there so much speech about Shaikh Rabee (may Allaah preserve him) and why do they speak ill of him?”

Answer:

How excellent a man he is in his creed and jealousy for the Sunnah! And there is no doubt that those who speak against him do so because he refutes those who oppose the Sunnah.  They hate him because he refutes the Mukhaalifoon (i.e. opposers of the Sunnah and the sound methodology of Ahlus Sunnah). And perhaps the one who does not oppose (the Sunnah) envies him because he cautions against what that person does not realize.  How excellent a man in knowledge and religion! [2]

How Does Ahlus Sunnah Deal With The Khawaarij [Bloodthirsty Terrorists-Dogs of The Hell Fire] If They Transgress–Imaam Barbahaari clarifies

Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah) stated in Sharh- As Sunnah:

‘It is permissible to fight the Khawaarij if they attack the wealth of the Muslims, or the Muslims and their families, but if they are dispersed, then the Muslim Ruler is not to seek after them, nor are their wounded to be killed, nor is booty taken from them, nor may those taken captive be killed, nor are those who flee to be pursued.’

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) said:

And regarding the saying of Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah): ‘It is permissible to fight the Khawaarij if they attack the wealth of the Muslims, or the Muslims and their families;’ because the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) commanded that they are to be fought, and because Ali (radiyallaahu-anhu) fought them when they attacked and killed Abdullaah Ibn Khabbaab al Arrat and ripped open the stomach of his pregnant wife.  So Ameerul Mumineen Ali (radiyallaahu-anhu) decided to fight them as they brought about a good reason to be fought against.

And regarding the saying of Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah): ‘But if they are dispersed, then the Muslim leader is not to seek after them’ If they desist from fighting, the ruler is not to chase them, nor carry out a military expedition against them, as long as they do not commit acts of transgression.  And no doubt they are misguided and are to be advised in hope that they may return (repentant) and are not fought.

And regarding the saying of Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah): ‘Nor are their wounded to be killed’; because the evil of the injured person is curtailed.

And regarding the saying of Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah): ‘Nor is booty to be taken from them’, meaning: their wealth is not to be taken as war booty; because it is the wealth of the Muslims.

And regarding the saying of Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah): ‘Nor may those taken captive be killed’ because they are Muslims, and by being injured and taken as captive their evil is curtailed.

And regarding the saying of Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah): ‘Nor are those who flee to be pursued’.  If they flee, the leader is to leave them alone and not go after them as their evil is curtailed.

Abu Hurairah (radiyallaahu-anhu) narrated that the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) passed by a pile of food and put his hand into it, and his fingers touched something wet. He said, ”What is this, O seller of the food?” The man said, ”It was (made wet) by the rain, O Messenger of Allaah.” He said, ”Why did you not put (the wet part) on top of the pile so that the people could see it? He who deceives does not belong to me.”

This lecture of Shaikh Ahmad Baazmool (may Allaah preserve him) is enough as a reminder for us whenever the people of Tamyi [in the centers run by the staunch followers of Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi, Greenlane and their allies @ Islam/Nelson etc] attempt to hide behind Shuyookh in order to either gather numbers and misguide, or hide the unambiguous knowledge based proofs established against their centers. Therefore, Neither Allow Hizbiyyoon To Confuse You In What You Already Know Nor Divert You From The Evidences Due To Individuals and Personalities They Seek To Raise Above The Truth And The Unambiguous Knowledge Based Proofs.  There are enough clarifications by way of articles @salafitalk.net and salafipublications.com, so do revisit these sites regularly because they contain a lot of information that will enable you to see the re-occurring plots of the Hizbiyyoon and their false principles. In-Shaa-Allaah, we will not allow the hizbiyyoon to spread their Baatil and Deceit -in summer or winter- regardless who they hide behind and seek to raise above the truth.

Obstinate Followers of Al-Maribi have a share of ‘Destructive Good Suspicion and Destructive Evil Suspicion’; so why would a Man of Sunnah abandon the People of Sunnah and sit with them?!

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al–Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him) said:

Destructive Good Suspicion is to have a good suspicion of the people of falsehood whether are they disbelievers, innovators or evil (open) sinners. And that which led the disbelievers to belie the Messengers, (harbouring) a severe disbelief in them and their message was due to their evil suspicion towards the people of truth (i.e. the Prophets and their true followers), and having a good suspicion of their forefathers and their religions of falsehood and disbelief.

Ahlul Bidah such as the Rawaafid, the khawaarij, the soofiyyah, the Murji-ah, the Qadariyyah and the people of Tahazzub Al-Baatil (false partisanship) are destroyed by good suspicion towards their Shuyookh and figureheads, and their corrupt creeds. On the other hand, they are destroyed by their evil suspicions towards the truth and its people. Abul Hasan Al-Maribee and his followers have a share of both this destructive good suspicion and destructive evil suspicion….

[2] Lets share these reminders and benefits from Shaikh Ramzaan Al-Haajiriy (may Allaah preserve him)

Shaikh Ramzaan (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

*When the Scholars of Sunnah clarified the truth with its proofs, the haal (state of affairs) of the people of desires was exposed.

 

*When they urged towards adherence to the Jamaa-ah and the Sunnah, the haal (state of affairs) of the people of splitting and innovation became apparent.

 

*When they clarified the (true) state of Jihaad, the difference between it and corruption became apparent.

 

*When they clarified the state of affairs (regarding) bidah and its people, and the correct stance against them (i.e. the people of bidah), the Sunni and the Bid’ee became manifest to the people after what they (the people) have been living in for a long period of time, and after (a period in which) they used to equate the callers to bidah with the callers to the Sunnah.
