A Brief Insight into Abu Eesa’s [Niamatullaah] and Yasir Qadhi’s Dilemma

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Al-Allaamah Abdur-Rahmaan Ibn Yahyah Al-Mu-allimee (rahimahullaah) stated that the Religion comprises of various levels: Abstinence from the prohibited affairs and fulfilment of commandments; acknowledgment of truth, belief in it and awareness of it. And opposing one’s desires by refraining (from falsehood) for the sake of the truth is something very clear, for indeed most of what is prohibited are the lusts and (evil) pleasures. And it may be that a person does not really desire anything of those (prohibited) things in particular, but he merely desires them due to an opponent. Opposing one’s desires–by way of action– for the sake of the truth is a manifest affair due to what it necessitates of responsibility and difficulty, and this occurs from different angles:

Firstly: A person sees that by acknowledging the truth it would necessitate that he was upon falsehood, because a person is nurtured upon a religion, creed, school of thought or views which were inherited from his nurturer and teacher, and which he considers to be the truth; so when it is manifested that those affairs are falsehood, it becomes difficult for him to acknowledge that. This is because he sees that the deficiencies of his teacher or nurturer necessitate his own deficiencies, and an acknowledgement of their misguidance or errors necessitates his own deficiencies…..

Secondly: It may be that clinging to falsehood brings him prestige, fame and a livelihood, so it becomes difficult upon him to acknowledge that he is upon falsehood, which may result in a loss of all those things (i.e. the fame, prestige, livelihood etc).

Thirdly: Pride: It may be that a person is upon ignorance or falsehood, so another person comes along and clarifies the proofs for him; but he sees that by acknowledging such proofs, it would necessitate that he is deficient and that it was such a person who guided him. And due to this we find that it is not difficult for some of those who attribute themselves to knowledge to acknowledge their mistakes when it becomes manifests to them in their researches and studies, but it becomes difficult upon them when others clarify such mistakes for them.

Fourthly: Envy: It may be that when another person clarifies the truth for him, he sees that by acknowledging such truth, it would necessitate an acknowledgement of the clarifier’s virtue, knowledge and correctness due to that clarification; so this may become great in the eyes of the people and they begin to follow him. So you will find some of those who attribute themselves to knowledge being eager to prove the mistakes of other scholars even if that is done by way of falsehood, due to envy and seeking to diminish their status amongst the people.

Opposing one’s desires for the sake of the truth in affairs of knowledge and creed can be difficult, so it requires research and contemplation. Also in the face of such difficulty one is in need of asking the scholars and benefitting from them. So with regards to what has been stated about a person’s acknowledgement of the truth and the difficulty in doing so, he should cling to Taqwah, whilst seeking the Tawfeeq of Allaah and guidance. [1]

Indeed, these observations of Al-Allaamah Abdur-Rahmaan Al-Mu-allimee (rahimahullaah) are a very serious reminder for the one whom Allaah allows to benefit from them! Yasir Qadhi and Abu Eesa have clearly demonstrated their hatred for the truth and its people; rather this hatred has led them to satanic insinuations, fabrications and slanders against Salafiyyah and the Salafiyyoon. Ustaadh Abu Iyaad (may Allaah preserve him) wrote few months ago:

There is a difference between Yasir Qadhi (see this article in particular, and also here, here, here, and here) and Abu Eesa Niamatullah. Yasir Qadhi is smarter and shrewder in knowing how to play politics in the public da’wah scene in order to maintain (apparent) consistency. Abu Eesa Niamtullah has with him a certain bruteness that strips him of any semblance of aql (intellect). You only need to prod him once and the “pathological hatred” he harbours (whilst accusing others of it) pours out like water out of a jug, and that which he accuses the Salafis of (of unjust rulings on people), pours out freely, without hindrance from his heart and soul with the ferociousness of a lion, yet the thought and intelligence of a domestic turkey (see the proof of that in Part 3). That’s what has happened in short of a few days, and these are realities that Abu Eesa Niamatullah has revealed about himself in short of three pages worth of Facebook rants. [End of quote]

Likewise, both Abu Eesa and Yasir Qadhi have persisted upon falsehood. We ask Allaah (The Most High) to protect us from the arrogance and compounded ignorance that has afflicted Abu Eesa and Yasir Qadhi. And we ask Allaah (The Most High) to guide them or destroy their evil plots against Salafiyyah and the Salafiyyoon. Aameen.

Quote:

Welcome to Salafis.Com! There is much talk regarding Salafis and Salafiyyah in books, journals, the press and various other media. The “Salafi Way” is not something new, invented or innovated. By definition, it is the pure Islaam which the Companions of Allaah’s Messenger (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) held onto. When the sects foretold by the Messenger (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) appeared, those who took knowledge from the Companions began to verbally express the obligation of holding onto the way of (السلف الصالح), “The Righteous Predecessors.” From such statements is the saying of Imaam al-Zuhree (d. 124H), “Adhere to the tracks of the Salaf, even if the people reject you. And beware of the opinions of men, even if they beautify it for you with speech.” Hence, Salafiyyah is not a later innovation. Salafis are the target of sectarian bias and bigotry for many factions, from them the Raafidah, Soofiyyah, Kharijites and takfiris, the blind-followers of the madhaahib, Secularists, Modernists and many others. As such there is a lot of propaganda in the field which is unfortunately entered into what is claimed to be “objective research”. To make matters more confusing is the presence of numerous orientations falsely ascribing to Salafiyyah despite their deviations from it in their foundations and methodologies. Many of the takfiri, Khariji groups make this false ascription. This adds another layer of confusion to anyone wanting to research and understand Salafiyyah, and leads to Salafis being wrongly attributed with the iniquities of the takfiris and Kharijites. In light of all of these realities, this website aims to provide relevant information and critical evaluation and analysis of the various views and opinions that are being scattered in books, journals, blogs, websites, audios and videos in relation to “Salafis” and “Salafiyyah“.

A Precise Rebuttal of the Vile Haddaadiyyah [Ghulaat-Extremists]—Those who attack Imaam Abu Haneefah (rahimahullaah)

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said:

مَنْ ظَنَّ بِأبِي حَنِيفة أو غيره من أئمة المسلمين أنهم يتعمَّدون مخالفة حديث رسول الله ـــصلى الله عليه وسلم ـــ الصحيح بقياس أو لغيره فقد أخطأ عليهم ويتكلم إما بِظنٍّ أو هوى

”Whoever think that Abu Haneefah or other than him from the Imaams of the Muslims deliberately opposed an authentic Hadeeth of the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) through Qiyaas or other than it, then indeed he (i.e. such a person) has spoken erroneously about them, and he has either spoken with speculation or desires.” [Quoted by Shaikh Muhammad Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) in his explanation of Raf-ul Malaam. Audio Number 1: http://ar.miraath.net/book/8104]

Why is that the case? That is because these Imaams are all agreed (with certainty) that the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) has to be followed.

Is It Correct To Begin Dawah by Calling The People to Good Manners?

Question to Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him)

[فضيلة الشيخ] may Allaah grant you success; is this path in dawah correct-and (that) is the first thing to begin with is to call the people to good manners?

Answer:
No. This is misguidance; (it is) in opposition to the call of the Messengers. This is the call of the hizbiyyeen at present. It is a false call; yes, because it is in opposition to the methodology of the Messengers. They (i.e. the hizbiyyeen) want the people to begin with their creeds-be it grave worship, or polytheistic practices, or Soofiyyah. (What they give) importance to is to gather–only to be followed.

Shaikh Uthaymeen speaks about Imaams Bin Baaz and Albaani, and defends Shaikh Rabee and others…

When asked about Imaams Bin Baaz and Albaani (rahimahumallaah), Imaam Muhammad Bin Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) stated that they are two Notable personalities amongst the Notable personalities of the Islamic nation in the field of hadeeth, in calling to Allaah and in combatting ahlul bidah. He then said that he knows them to be from the loftiest of the scholars in station and vastness in understanding of the religion, even though one of them posseses more understanding than the other; but both of them have goodness with them.

Then Imaam Muhammad Bin Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) was asked about those who speak ill of the Scholars of Saudi, such as the likes of Shaikh Rabee and some of the scholars in Madeenah; so he (rahimahullaah) said that it is obligated upon them to restrain their tongues from speaking ill of the common Muslims, then how about their scholars.  And if it is the case that backbiting a common Muslim is from the major sins, then backbiting a scholar is much greater…

[2] Shaikh Jameel Ar-Rahmaan [The destructive plots against the Shaikh (rahimahullaah)]

Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari (may Allaah preserve him) said:

He (rahimahullaah) established an institute called [(المعهد الشرعي لإعداد الدعاة] in Peshawar.  A number of callers (to Islaam) studied in this institute and its aim was to furnish callers (to Islaam) with sound knowledge of the sharia founded upon the Qur’aan and the Sunnah, and the affair was just as he (rahimahullaah) wished. And from the efforts of the institute was the publication of Salafi Books and included amongst them were: [منهج و دراسات لآيات الأسماء والصفات] of Imaam Muhammad Al-Ameen Ash-Shanqeetee (rahimahullaah); [أصول في البدع والسنن] of Al-Allaamah Muhammad Ahmad Al-Adawi (rahimahullaah)—a beneficial and good treatise; and also the book of Al-Allaamah Muhammad Sultaan Al-Ma’soomee Al-Makki (rahimahullaah) titled: [هل المسلم ملزمٌ باتباع مذهب معين من المذاهب الأربعة], and many other books besides them.

All this effort infuriated Ahlul Bidah amongst the hizbiyyeen (i.e. those particular hizbiyyeen at the time) and those affiliated with them; so they pondered, contemplated and masterminded his killing. They embarked upon that which gives a clear indication of their malicious intentions and rage against the Sunnah and its people—those who defend the Sunnah.  They waged war against the caller to Tawheed and Sunnah—the one who erected the true flag of Jihaad [i.e. during the Soviet-Afghan war -1979-1989].  So they besieged Sheikh Jameel and surrounded his people, and they sought the aid of the bad, aggressive and deadly people, and every vandal and destructive person—and all this was for the purpose of putting an end to the banner (i.e. the call) to Tawheed and the Sunnah!! Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see)!

[1] Shaikh Jameel Ar-Rahmaan Al-Afghaanee (rahimahullaah)

Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari (may Allaah preserve him) said about Shaikh Jameel Ar-Rahmaan (rahimahullaah)

He was scholar and a teacher; active in calling to the Book and the Sunnah; (manifesting) opposition against Bidah and waging war against it; making every endeavour to manifest Tawheed and the Sunnah. He spoke a little, kept quiet a lot and reflected much.  A person of (good) ettiquetes, lofty manners alongside a great deal of humility; (a person) of careful thought and consideration; a worshiper, (a man) of abstinence (from the permissible but unnecessary worldly things) and eager in spreading Sunni-Salafi learning….[Abridged and slightly paraphrased. see link: http://www.elbukhari.com/node/31]
