Violent, Distort Truth and Persist Upon Error at all Costs Prior to Their Wretched End: [An Inheritance From Ancient Criminals]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Allaah [The Most High] says in Surah Al-Araf Ayah 127 that Fir’awn’s Chiefs said:

[وَقَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِن قَوۡمِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ أَتَذَرُ مُوسَىٰ وَقَوۡمَهُ ۥ لِيُفۡسِدُواْ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَيَذَرَكَ وَءَالِهَتَكَ – The chiefs of Fir’aun’s (Pharaoh) people said: “Will you leave Musa (Moses) and his people to spread mischief in the land, and to abandon you and your gods?]; Meaning: ‘’Moosaa and his people will cause corruption in the earth by calling us to adhere to the path of Allaah; so called noble manners and excellent deeds by way of which -as they claim- the affairs in the earth will be rectified, even though in reality they are upon nothing else but corruption. They want you and your gods to be abandoned; to warn against you and stop the people from following you’’.  Then Allaah [The Most High] says that Fir’awn replied to his chiefs, saying: [سَنُقَتِّلُ أَبۡنَآءَهُمۡ وَنَسۡتَحۡىِۦ نِسَآءَهُمۡ وَإِنَّا فَوۡقَهُمۡ قَـٰهِرُونَ – We will kill their sons, and let live their women, and we have indeed irresistible power over them]. Then Allaah [The Most High] informs us of the conversion between Moosaa [alayhis-salaam] said his people, whilst they faced this great trial and threat:

Musa (Moses) said to his people: “Seek help in Allah and be patient. Verily, the earth is Allah’s. He gives it as a heritage to whom He will of His slaves, and the (blessed) end is for the Muttaqun (the pious); they said: “We (Children of Israel) had suffered troubles before you came to us, and since you have come to us.” He said: “It may be that your Lord will destroy your enemy and make you successors on the earth, so that He may see how you act?” [7:128-129]

Brief Rebuttal Against Guardian Journalists- (Hannah Ellis-Petersen and Shah Meer Baloch) Regarding Apps Banned By The Pakistani Government And The Islamic Stance On Homosexuality

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Firstly, Obligatory to Obey Muslim Rulers When They Command Good And Forbid Evil

Allaah [The Blessed and Exalted] said:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَطِيعُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُواْ ٱلرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِى ٱلۡأَمۡرِ مِنكُمۡ‌ۖ

O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. [Surah An-Nisaa’ Aayah 59]

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Mad’khali [may Allaah preserve him] said:

The pious predecessors explained the term Ulul Ilm – those who have been given knowledge- to mean Al-Umaraa -those who are in authority, and some of them explained it to mean Al-Ulamaa – the scholars; but what is correct is that the Aayah includes both the scholars and those in authority [i.e. the rulers].

The scholars propagate the Sharee’ah of Allaah, teach the people, give rulings to the people and the rulers; and the rulers implement the rulings – they implement the knowledge [of the sharee’ah] which the scholars possess and propagate. So, the Aayah includes both the scholars and rulers. And due to this, Ibnul Qayyim said that it is obligatory to obey the scholars when they say, “Allaah said and Allaah’s Messenger said’’ in issues related to sound creed, acts of worship or deeds. [Likewise] in affairs related to halaal and haram, if they say, “Allaah said and the Messenger of Allaah said’’ and then they give verdicts and judge based on what the Qur’aan and Sunnah necessitates, it becomes obligated on the people to obey them. If the rulers command [the people] to obey Allaah -in accordance with what agrees with Allaah’s divine legislation, it becomes obligated on the people to obey them. [Marhaban Yaa Taalibal Ilm. Pages 58-60]

Imaam Muhammad Bin Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [rahimahullaah] said:

The Messenger [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] said, “Any man whom Allaah has given authority to look after the affairs of a people and he dies whilst not looking after them [in the manner obligated by Allaah and His Messenger], he will not smell the scent of paradise”. [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari’ Number 7150]

Regarding the statement of the Messenger [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam]: “Any man whom Allaah has given authority to look after the affairs of a people”; Shaikh Uthaymeen [rahimahullaah] said: This does not only mean the Muslim ruler, his assistant or a minister, or the elders of a people; rather it applies even to a man in his house. If he dies and did not look after his family (in the manner obligated by Allaah and His Messenger), then indeed Allaah will prevent him from smelling the scent of paradise. And those who give their families games (or means of amusement) that corrupt manners and destroy sound creed, then there is no doubt that they have not looked after their families (i.e. in the manner obligated by Allaah and His Messenger in this affair), and if they die whilst being upon this state, it is feared that Allaah will prevent them from smelling the scent of paradise. We ask Allaah for well-being and safety. [At-taleeq Alas Siyaasatish Shar’iyyah.  page 35. Slightly paraphrased]

Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [rahimahullaah] said:

The sinners [i.e. those who die whilst committing grave sins lesser than major shirk or disbelief] are under the will of Allaah- if Allaah wishes, He will either punish them or forgive them straight away, or He enters them into hell for some time and paradise thereafter, just as Allaah said: [إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَغۡفِرُ أَن يُشۡرَكَ بِهِۦ وَيَغۡفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَٲلِكَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ‌-Verily, Allah forgives not that partners should be set up with him in worship, but He forgives except that (anything else) to whom He pleases]. [Surah An-Nisaa’ Aayah 48]

https://www.binbaz.org.sa/noor/2527

Secondly, the Rulers Are Commended When They Implement Allaah’s Command, But They Are Not Rebelled Against Or Vilified In Public When They Err, Rather We Follow The Path of Our Pious Predecessors In The Manner They Dealt With The Rulers

We remind Hannah Ellis-Petersen and Shah Meer Baloch that when our rulers implement the commands of Allaah and His Messenger [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam], we are pleased; and if they oppose the command of Allaah and His Messenger [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam], we do not obey them, but we still supplicate for them, as Imaam Fudayl Ibn Iyaadh [rahimahullaah] said, “If I had one supplication to be answered, I would make it for no one but the ruler. If the ruler is righteous, it will lead to the righteousness of the country and the people”. [Siyar A’laam An-Nubulaa 8/434]

And we neither rebel against them nor publicize their faults; rather we follow the path that was followed by the pious predecessors in dealing with the rulers.

Finally, the intoxicated sinners and stooges of the leftists in the Muslim lands always raise objections when the Muslim authorities block dating apps and immoral online content to protect society from sin and transgression. Indeed, Allaah and His Messengers forbid homosexuality, therefore the Muslim rulers are to be commended when they protect our societies. Therefore, we remind the stooges of the leftists as follows:

Woe to Those Who Give Preference to This Short Worldly Life Over The Afterlife And Seek to Hinder Mankind From The Path of Allaah!

Alif-Lam-Ra. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Qur’an, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings]. (This is) a Book which We have revealed unto you (O Muhammad ) in order that you might lead mankind out of darkness by their Lord’s Leave to the Path of the All-Mighty, the Owner of all Praise.  Allah to Whom belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth!  And woe unto the disbelievers from a severe torment.  Those who prefer the life of this world instead of the Hereafter, and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah (i.e. Islam) and seek crookedness therein – They are far astray. [14:1-3]

Alif-Lam-Ra.  (This is) a Book which We have revealed unto you (O Muhammad) in order that you might lead mankind out of darkness by their Lord’s Leave”

Imaam Shanqeetee (rahimahullaah) said:

Allaah (The Most High) clarified in this noble ayah that He sent down this great Book unto His Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) in order that he may remove mankind from the darkness of disbelief and misguidance and (enter them) into the light of Imaan and guidance. The meaning of this ayah has been made clear in other Aayaat, such as the saying of Allaah:

[هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُنَزِّلُ عَلَىٰ عَبۡدِهِۦۤ ءَايَـٰتِۭ بَيِّنَـٰتٍ۬ لِّيُخۡرِجَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ‌ۚ]

It is He Who sends down manifest Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) to His slave (Muhammad) that He may bring you out from darkness into light.

[Soorah Hadeed. Ayah: 9]

Indeed, Allaah (The Most High) clarified in this ayah (i.e. 14:1) that none can be removed from darkness and (entered) into light except by His Leave, as He stated: [بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم – By their Lord’s Leave]. This has been made clear in other Aayaat, such as the saying of Allaah: [وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِ‌ۚ – We sent no Messenger, but to be obeyed by Allah’s Leave]

[Nisaa. Ayah 64]

Also the saying of Allaah:  [وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفۡسٍ أَن تُؤۡمِنَ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِ‌ۚ –It is not for any person to believe, except by the Leave of Allaah] [Yoonus. Ayah 100] [1]

Imaam Sadi (rahimahullaah) said:

Allaah (The Most High) informed (us) that He revealed His Book unto His Messenger Muhammad (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) for the benefit of the creation (i.e. Mankind and Jinn); so that they might be removed from the darkness of ignorance, disbelief, evil manners and all types of disobedience, (and entered into) the light of knowledge, Imaan and good manners.

And concerning the statement of Allaah: [بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم – By their Lord’s Leave];  that is they cannot reach the goal of that which is pleasing to Allaah, except by Allaah’s Will and Help. So in this there is an exhortation for the slaves to seek help from their Lord.

Then Allaah explained (the meaning of the) light to which this Book guides to, saying:

[إِلَىٰ صِرَٲطِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَمِيد – To the Path of the All-Mighty, the Owner of all Praise]; that is the path that leads to (obedience to Allaah and His Messenger, success in this life and the next etc) and the abode of honour (i.e. paradise), which (is achieved by way) of having knowledge of the truth and acting upon it.  And with regards to the statement: [ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَمِيدِ  – The All-Mighty, the Owner of all Praise] after the mention of the path leading to Him, in this is an indication that the one who follows the straight path is given might by Allaah and he is a strong person, even if there are no helpers for him except Allaah. He is praiseworthy in his affairs and will achieve a good end.

This also indicates that Allaah’s path is the greatest proof that He (The Most High) possesses Perfect Attributes and Lofty Descriptions, and that what He has appointed for His slaves is mighty authority. He is praised in His Statements, Actions and Rulings (i.e. because He is the Bestower of all things and He is free from all imperfections). He alone is described with all the perfect Names and Attributes; He is the only one worthy of worship through those acts of worship (He has prescribed), which are the dignified signposts of the straight path.  And just as He is the owner of the kingdom of the heavens and the earth-The Creator, The Sustainer, The Controller of the affairs of the universe- likewise, He has religious rulings for His slaves because He is their Owner (i.e. the Owner of mankind and jinn), and it does not befit His (Wisdom, Majesty, Glory etc) that He leaves them Suda [neglected without being punished or rewarded for the obligatory duties enjoined by Him]

After Allaah clarified the evidences and proofs, He then made a promise to the one who does not pay attention to (such proofs and evidences), saying: [وَوَيۡلٌ۬ لِّلۡكَـٰفِرِينَ مِنۡ عَذَابٍ۬ شَدِيد – And woe unto the disbelievers from a severe torment].

Then Allaah described them, saying: [ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَحِبُّونَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَخِرَةِ – Those who prefer the life of this world instead of the Hereafter]. They make it a duty and are satisfied with it, whilst being heedless of the afterlife.  [وَيَصُدُّونَ  – And they hinder] mankind [ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ– From the Path of Allaah] which Allaah has appointed for His slaves, clarified in His Books and conveyed through the speech of His Messengers.  So, these people have indeed turned away from their Protector through enmity and waging war against Him. [وَيَبۡغُونَہَا عِوَجًا‌ۚ  – And seek crookedness therein (i.e. in Allaah’s Religion)]; that is: They are eager to ridicule and make it look repugnant, in order to make people flee from it; however Allaah will not allow that to happen, rather He made His religion uppermost even though the disbelievers may hate it. [2] They desire that Allaah’s path should become crooked, swaying towards (corruption) and deviated from the right course, even though it is self-evident and neither can it be harmed by the one who opposes it nor by the one who forsakes it. [3]  So with this desire of theirs, they are in ignorance and straying far away from the truth and rectification. [4]

[أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ فِى ضَلَـٰلِۭ بَعِيدٍ  – They are far astray] because they are misguided and misguiding others. They oppose Allaah and His Messenger, and wage war against them; so what type of misguidance can be farther than this?  As for the people of Imaan, they are the opposite of these ones–they believe in Allaah and His Aayaat; they prefer the afterlife over the worldly life and call to the path of Allaah.  They perfect their actions to the best of their ability and manifest their steadfastness. [5]

Similarity Between The Pathetic Wailers On The Day of Aashooraa to Those People of The Scripture Who Innovated, Exceeded Limits In Religion And Deviated!

‘Surely, they have disbelieved who say: “Allaah is the Messiah [‘Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary).” But the Messiah [‘Iesa (Jesus)] said: “O Children of Israel! Worship Allaah, my Lord and your Lord.” Verily, whosoever sets up partners in worship with Allaah, then Allaah has forbidden Paradise for him, and the Fire will be his abode. And for the (polytheists and wrong doers) there are no helpers.’  ‘Surely, disbelievers are those who said: “Allaah is the third of the three (in a Trinity).” But there is no ilaah (god) (none who has the right to be worshipped) but One Ilaah (God -Allaah). And if they cease not from what they say, verily, a painful torment will befall the disbelievers among them.’  Will they not repent to Allaah and ask His Forgiveness? For Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

The Messiah [‘Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary), was no more than a Messenger; many were the Messengers that passed away before him. His mother [Maryam (Mary)] was a Siddeeqah [i.e. she believed in the words of Allaah and His Books (see Verse 66:12)]. They both used to eat food (as any other human being, while Allaah does not eat). Look how We make the Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to them, yet look how they are deluded away (from the truth). Say (O Muhammad to mankind): “How do you worship besides Allaah something which has no power either to harm or to benefit you? But it is Allaah Who is the All-Hearer, All-Knower.” Say (O Muhammad): “O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Exceed not the limits in your religion (by believing in something) other than the truth, and do not follow the vain desires of people who went astray in times gone by, and who misled many, and strayed (themselves) from the Right Path.” [Surah Al-Maa’idah. Aayaat 72-77]

And [The Exalted] said:

‘O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Do not exceed the limits in your religion, nor say of Allaah aught but the truth. The Messiah ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), was (no more than) a Messenger of Allaah and His Word, (“Be!” – and he was) which He bestowed on Maryam (Mary) and a spirit (Rooh) created by Him; so, believe in Allaah and His Messengers. Say not: “Three (trinity)!” Cease! (it is) better for you. For Allaah is (the only) One Ilaah (God), Glory be to Him (Far Exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allaah is All-Sufficient as a Disposer of affairs.’ [Surah An-Nisaa. Aayah 171]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

‘And the Jews say: ‘Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allaah, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allaah. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allaah’s Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth! They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allaah (by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful according to their own desires without being ordered by Allaah), and (they also took as their Lord) Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary), while they (Jews and Christians) were commanded [in the Tauraat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)) to worship none but One Ilaah (God – Allaah) Laa ilaaha illaa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He)[. Praise and glory be to Him, (far above is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him).”[Surah At-Tawbah. Aayaat 30-31]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

‘It is not (possible) for any human being to whom Allaah has given the Book and Al-Hukma (the knowledge and understanding of the laws of religion, etc.) and Prophethood to say to the people: “Be my worshippers rather than Allaah’s.” On the contrary (he would say): “Be you Rabbaniyun (learned men of religion who practise what they know and also preach others), because you are teaching the Book, and you are studying it.  Nor would he order you to take angels and Prophets for lords (gods)]. Would he order you to disbelieve after you have submitted to Allaah’s Will? [Surah Aal Imraan. Aayaat 79-80]

Amongst them [i.e. the Rawaafid] are those who say that their Imaams will return after death; and from them are those who claim that some of their Imaams are infallible; and amongst them are those who say that Ali [radiyallaahu-anhu] can bring back the dead to life; and amongst them is one who says that he walks on the sea.. Ali, Hasan, Husain Muhammad Bin Hanafiyyah, Ali Bin Husain, Hasan Bin Hasan, Muhammad Bin Ali Bin Husain, Jafar Bin Muhammad, Zaid Bin Ali and those who follow their path from the family of the Prophet free themselves from these false [claims] and its proponents.

And know that the Raafidah were not called Raafidah except from that time they rejected Zaid Bin Ali; however, the path of the Raafidah is that of their predecessor Abdullaah Bin Sabah and those who followed his path of deafness, dumbness and blindness – those who do not possess understanding.

Ali [radiyallaahu-anhu] Rejects the Exaggeration of The Rawaafid

Imaam Ahmad Bin Amr Bin Abee Aasim said in his book ‘As-Sunnah, Vol:2 page476 that Ali [radiyallaahu-anhu] said: ‘Verily a people will love me until they enter the hell fire because of me; and verily a people will hate me until they enter the hell fire due to their hatred of me’ [Shaikh Muqbil (rahimahullaah) said that this athar [narration] is authentic based on the conditions applied by Bukhaari and Muslim when declaring narrations authentic]

An Affair Which The Deceitful Ones Amongst Ahlul Bidah – [Hizb Tahreer, Jamaa’atut Takfeer etc] Hid From Some of Us From 1993-1995

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Some of us were drowned in politics – we used to make Takfeer of the rulers due to extreme ignorance and seeking to establish Walaa Wal Baraa without sound principles. All we used to hear was Aayaat and Ahaadeeth from the lectures of the Takfeeris and the proponents of political activism without any sound explanation from the Salaf or the senior contemporary scholars, rather we hated those scholars [may Allaah raise their rank Aameen]. One of the many Aayaat we used to hear and quote – to make Takfeer of government officials and the civil servants – was:

ٱتَّخَذُوٓاْ أَحۡبَارَهُمۡ وَرُهۡبَـٰنَهُمۡ أَرۡبَابً۬ا مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّ

They took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allah [by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful]. [9:31

Here is a beautiful clarification in this subject matter quoted by Shaikh Saaleh Aala Shaikh [hafidhahullaah] from Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [rahimahullaah]:

Finally, therefore one should be thankful to Allaah for this blessed Salafi Manhaj and by Allaah none can be removed from ambiguities and misguidance except by the Tawfeeq of Allaah, as Shaikh Abdus Salaam Burgess [rahiahullaah] said:

“The favour Allaah bestows on a servant by granting him the Tawfeeq [i.e. guidance to know the truth and act] upon the pure Sunnah and follow its upright path, is a great blessing that obligates on a servant to thank and remember Allaah a lot. That is because to act upon the Sunnah in these times is a mighty affair and also a strange thing. [Source: Tasneefun Naasi Aw Radd Alaa Munkiriy at-Tasneef page 20-21]

We ask Allaah to protect our hearts from every affair that will deviate a person from the Salafi methodology, grant us Thabaat, Sidq, Ikhlaas and Husnul Khaatimah. And may Allaah bless the Ulamaa of Ahlus Sunnah and their upright students Aameen.

Supplicate That Allaah Does Not Make Us a Trial For Those Disbelievers Who Are Transgressors, Plotters, Deceivers etc – [A Supplication of The Believers of Bani Israa’eel]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Most High] said:

And Musa (Moses) said: “O my people! If you have believed in Allah, then put your trust in Him if you are Muslims (those who submit to Allah’s Will).” They said: “In Allah we put our trust. Our Lord! Make us not a trial for the folk who are Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoing). And save us by Your Mercy from the disbelieving folk.”

[Surah Yunus. Aayah 84-86]

In these Aayaat, Allaah [Glorified be He and free is He from all imperfections] informed us about His Prophet Moosaa [alayhis salaam]- that he commanded his people – Bani Israaeel- to place their trust in Allaah whilst facing their enemies, Fir’awn and his people; so Moosaa’s people – the Believers- fulfilled the command and then they said: [عَلَى ٱللَّهِ تَوَكَّلۡنَا – In Allah we put our trust]- Meaning: We hold firmly to Allah, surrender to Him all our affairs and upon Him we depend. Then they supplicated, saying: [رَبَّنَا لَا تَجۡعَلۡنَا فِتۡنَةً۬ لِّلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ – Our Lord! Make us not a trial for the folk who are Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoing)]. There are two statements of the Mufassiroon regarding the meaning of this Aayah, and the first one is that it means, “Neither allow them to defeat nor overcome us, and thus they think that they have the upper hand because they are upon truth and we are upon falsehood; so they become deceived and this increases them in transgression and disbelief”.

The other explanation is that this Aayah means, “Neither punish us Yourself [O Allaah] nor through the hands of Fir’awn and his people, lest they say, ‘Had it been that you [Bani Israaeel] were upon truth, then you would not have been punished’, and thus they think that they are better than us and are put to trial by way of that. [وَنَجِّنَا بِرَحۡمَتِكَ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِينَ – And save us by Your Mercy from the disbelieving folk]- Meaning: “Our Lord! Save us – by Your mercy – from unbelievers, so that we are safe from their evil, establish our religion properly, establish its acts of worship and manifest it without being opposed or challenged.

Some of the Mufassiroon indicated that the mention of At-Tawakkul before the mention of Ad-Du’aa [supplication] is a notification regarding the fact that it is obligated on the suppliant to place his trust in Allaah first and foremost, so that his supplication is answered. This is similar to that which Imaam Muslim [rahimahullaah] reported from Ibn Abbaas [radiyallaahu-anhumaa] that Allaah’s Messenger [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] used to say:

O Allaah! To You I submit; in You I believe; in You I place my trust and reliance; to You I turn in repentance and in obedience with true Faith (Islamic Monotheism), and to You I return for proof to deal with my enemies and Your enemies. O Allaah! I seek refuge in Your Might and Power, none has the right to be worshipped except You, lest You allow me to go astray [i.e. due to my own fault]. You are The Ever-Living that never die, while the Jinn and mankind die”.

We Obey The Law And Implement Mandatory Government Guidelines, But Beware of Atheists/Alarmists Superstitions Regarding Disease!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Most High] said:

And how should I fear those whom you ascribe as partners to Allaah, while you fear not that you have ascribed partners  to Allah things for which He has not sent down to you any authority. (So) which of the two parties has more right to be in security? If you but know.” – Meaning, how can it be justified by way of sound intellect or by one who has sound understanding to fear that which you have made a partner of Allaah in deity ship when it is the case that such partners can neither harm nor benefit, but you do not fear the fact that you ascribe partners to Allaah in deity ship of that which He neither sent down proof nor legislated for you; (ref 1); rather you only follow desires. (ref 2).  [ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَلَمۡ يَلۡبِسُوٓاْ إِيمَـٰنَهُم بِظُلۡمٍ أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡأَمۡنُ وَهُم مُّهۡتَدُونَ – It is those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah and worship none but Him Alone) and confuse not their belief with Zulm (wrong i.e. Shirk), for them (only) there is security and they are the guided. [Surah Al-An’aam. Aayaat 81-82]

Allaah (The Most High) said:

And on the Day when We shall gather them all together, We shall say to those who ascribed partners (to Us): “Where are your partners whom you used to assert (as partners) with Allah)? There will then be (left) no Fitnah (excuses or statements or arguments) for them but to say: “By Allah, our Lord, we were not those who ascribed partners (to You). Look! How they lie against themselves! But the (lie) which they invented will disappear from them. [6:22-24]

Allaah [The Exalted] informed us of the fate of the people of shirk on the day of judgement that they will be questioned and rebuked. It will be said to them: [أَيْنَ شُرَكَاؤُكُمُ الَّذِينَ كُنتُمْ تَزْعُمُون- Where are your partners (false deities) whom you used to assert (as partners) with Allah)?]- Meaning: Indeed, Allaah has no partners; rather that was a (false claim) and a lie from yourselves.

[ثُمَّ لَمْ تَكُن فِتْنَتُهُمْ – There will then be (left) no Fitnah (excuses or statements or arguments) for them]- Meaning: They will not have any answers when tried and tested by way of this question, except that they will (attempt) to free themselves from their acts of shirk, saying “By Allaah! Our Lord, we were not those who ascribed partners (to You)”. Look at their affair in amazement and how they lie against themselves! They repeat the lie but only in loss and harm against themselves.

[وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُون – But the (lie) which they invented will disappear from them]-Meaning: Those whom they used to assert as partners with Allaah! Indeed, Exalted and Lofty is Allaah above all that they ascribe to Him as partners. (ref 3)

Therefore, beware O Muslim! There are people out there whose Kufr and Shirk is always manifesting in their sciences, views, opinions and theories, so be vigilant. We obey rules and guidelines that have been declared mandatory by the government because one has to follow the law of the land, but do not allow the atheists to affect your hearts. Therefore, one must read the clarifications in the following links regarding the concept of contagious disease in the Deen of Allaah and how to behave whether there is a lock down or not.

They Hate Detail, Clarification And Clear Distinction And Call It Controversy, Whilst It Is Nothing Else But Sound Walaa Wal Baraa

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Shaikh Rabee Bin Haadi [may Allaah preserve him] said:

O my brothers! Should we [not] love and hate for the sake of Allaah [in our relationship with] ahlul bidah?! Should we [not] love and hate for the sake of Allaah [in our relationship with] them, and is that not the strongest handhold of Eemaan?! Each of you knows what the Messenger [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] stated, “The strongest handhold of Eemaan is love for the sake of Allaah and hate for the sake of Allaah’’. Have we established what this hadeeth necessitates in the correct manner?! By Allaah, I see that love – in most cases – is given to ahlul bidah and in most cases many people show enmity to Ahlus Sunnah! This is something that occurs a lot, so you -O brothers – give excuses to those who fall into the snares of those misguided people to such an extent that there are no more excuses; however, after clarification then the proofs have been established against them.

Day And Night: [Neither Are They Gods Nor Does One Conquer The Other, Rather They Are Two Mighty Creations of The All-Wise Creator!] – A Brief Reminder to Worshippers of The So-called Sun God

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Most High] said:

ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَجَعَلَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ وَٱلنُّورَ‌ۖ ثُمَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّہِمۡ يَعۡدِلُونَ

All praises and thanks be to Allah, Who (Alone) created the heavens and the earth, and originated the darkness and the light, yet those who disbelieve hold others as equal with their Lord. [Surah Al-An’aam. Aayah 1]

Allaah (The Most High) said:

By the forenoon (after sunrise); and by the night when it is still (or darkens); Your Lord (O Muhammad) has neither forsaken you nor hated you. And indeed the Hereafter is better for you than the present (life of this world). And verily, your Lord will give you (all i.e. good) so that you shall be well-pleased. Did He not find you (O Muhammad) an orphan and gave you a refuge? And He found you unaware (of the Qur’an, its legal laws, and Prophet hood, etc.) and guided you? And He found you poor, and made you rich (self-sufficient with self-contentment, etc.)? Therefore, treat not the orphan with oppression, and repulse not the beggar; and proclaim the Grace of your Lord (i.e. the Prophet -hood and all other Graces). [Surah Ad-Duhaa]

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [rahimahulaah] said: Allaah (Glorified Be He and Free is He From all Imperfections) swore by two of His great creations – the Night and the Day- both of which are an indication of His Perfect and Absolute Lordship, Perfect Wisdom and Perfect Mercy. Allaah is the one (alone) Who dispels the night by way of the Daylight and likewise He is the one Who dispels the darkness of ignorance and Shirk by way of the revelation and Prophet-hood.

Likewise due to His Mercy, it necessitates that His slaves are not left in the darkness of night permanently, rather He guides them towards the beneficial affairs of the worldly life and their livelihoods by way of the Daylight, therefore it does not befit His (Majesty) that He leaves them in the darkness of ignorance and deviation; rather He guides them by way of the light of revelation and Prophet-hood in order that they may attain well-being in this life and the next. [Ref 1]

Allaah [The Most High] said:

وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ خِلْفَةً لِّمَنْ أَرَادَ أَن يَذَّكَّرَ أَوْ أَرَادَ شُكُورًا

And He it is Who has put the night and the day in succession, for such who desires to remember or desires to show his gratitude. [25:62]

The night and the day differ- this one is white and that one is black. So one takes an admonition [from them], contemplates on the difference between them and thanks Allaah for them. [Ref 2] Whoever misses the remembrance of Allaah in the morning, then he [or she] can do so in the evening and vice versa. [Ref 3]

They are the ones who disbelieved (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), and hindered you from Al-Masjid-al-Haram (the sacred mosque of Makkah) and the sacrificial animals, detained from reaching their place of sacrifice. Had there not been believing men and believing women whom you did not know, that you may kill them, and on whose account a sin would have been committed by you without (your) knowledge, that Allah might bring into His Mercy whom He will, if they (the believers and the disbelievers) should have been apart, We verily had punished those of them who disbelieved, with painful torment. When those who disbelieve had put in their hearts pride and haughtiness – the pride and haughtiness of the pre-Islamic era of ignorance, then Allah sent down His [blessing] of Sakeenaah upon His Messenger and the believers, and made them adhere to the word of piety, and they were well entitled to it and worthy of it. And Allah is the All-Knower of everything. [Surah Al-Fath. Aayah 26]

[إِذۡ جَعَلَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِى قُلُوبِهِمُ ٱلۡحَمِيَّةَ حَمِيَّةَ ٱلۡجَـٰهِلِيَّةِ  – When those who disbelieve had put in their hearts pride and haughtiness – the pride and haughtiness of the pre-Islamic era of ignorance] – Meaning, when they refused to write [in the treaty document], “In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy, these are the terms agreed on by Muhammad, Allaah’s Messenger”,  denied the Messenger and the believers entry into Makkah in that year lest the people say, “They [i.e. Muslims] entered Makkah by overcoming the Quraish”. These traits and what is similar to them are  traits of pre-Islamic ignorance which were still not removed from their hearts until it led them to many acts of disobedience.

[فَأَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ سَڪِينَتَهُ ۥ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِۦ وَعَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ  – then Allah sent down His [blessing] of Sakeenaah – calmness, tranquillity, adherence to truth, bravery during trial (Ref 1) upon His Messenger and upon the believers]- Meaning, anger did not lead them to confront the polytheists, but rather they exercised patience whilst adhering to Allaah’s judgement, adhered to the conditions which contained the [command] to exalt Allaah’s divine injunctions regardless what they were, and they were neither bothered by what the people said nor the blame of the blamers. [وَأَلۡزَمَهُمۡ ڪَلِمَةَ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ    – and made them adhere to the word of piety], Meaning the statement ‘None has the right to be worshipped, except Allaah’ and the duties connected to it; so they adhered to it and established it. [وَكَانُوٓاْ أَحَقَّ بِہَا وَأَهۡلَهَا‌ۚ   – and they were well entitled to it and worthy of it], Meaning, they were more deserving of it than others because Allaah knew the good they had in their hearts, and this is why Allaah stated: [وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَىۡءٍ عَلِيمً۬ا   – And Allah is the All-Knower of everything].
