Al-Nabahani’s Creed: Part 1 – The Atheistic Creed of the Jahmiyyah and the Creeds of the Mu’tazilah and Qadariyyah Are All Islamic Creeds Despite Their Mutual Contradiction

Taqi ud-Din an-Nabahani (1909-1977CE) is the founder of the group “Hizb ut-Tahrir“, the picture on the right – taken in his early years – indicates the traditional Azhari, Ash’ari early upbringing. He was an Ash’ari in aqidah (mixed with some of usool of the Mu’tazilah, Murji’ah and Qadariyyah). He is of Palestinian origin, coming from a Sufi family background. His maternal grandfather was Yusuf bin Ismaa’eel an-Nabahani, a fervent adherent of Tasawwuf and one who authored a book, “Shawaahid ul-Haqq fil-Istighaathah bi Sayyid il-Khalq“, arguing for the justification of seeking and calling upon the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) for rescue from calamity in those things in which only Allaah has power and ability. Given this family background (Ash’ari Sufi with Mu’tazili, Qadariyy usool) it is not surprising to see that in all the books of Taqi ud-Din an-Nabahani, the grandson, the discussion of Tawhid barely extends further than merely affirming Allaah’s existence and around nine or ten attributes (which is not the Tawhid that the Messengers came to establish)

Who really was Taqi al-Din al-Nabahani?

Taqi al-Din al-Nabahani – a former Ba’thist Nationalist – set up a political party (Hizb al-Tahrir) whose objectives, methodologies and structures were strongly influenced by that background. He is one of numerous 20th century thinkers – amongst them Hasan al-Bannaa, Abu A’la Mawdudi and Sayyid Qutb – who came under the influence of the prevailing secular ideologies of the time (the pursuit of “social justice” through revolutions) in formulating methodologies of reform amongst Muslims. Like Banna, Mawdudi and Qutb, al-Nabahani has a cult-like following across the world. He had a mixture of an Ash’ari, Mu’tazili belief indicating he was carrying that vile poison of ilm al-kalaam which played an instrumental role in splitting and dividing the Ummah from the second century of Islam onwards. The party cult of al-Nabahani employs secrecy and dissimulation in winning recruits for their cause and they have a very rigid, party structure (based around Communist type parties). Their interpretation of history (as in the true underlying reasons and causes behind the ascendancy and fall of nations) is taken from the same Marxist, Socialist, Communist discourse that centers around the flag and slogan of “social justice”. At the same time they completely ignore what is found in the Book and the Sunnah in relation to the explanation of these matters.

The picture of al-Nabahani to the right should give the reader a good idea of what type of Islam al-Nabahani himself was upon…..

Who should we take our knowledge from? Shaykh Rabee’

Shaykh Rabee – may Allah preserve him and reward him with good – was asked about taking knowledge from those upon the Salafi Manhaj; he said:

If he was upon the Salafi Manhaj and didn’t have any misguidance (with him) and he calls to the Salafi Manhaj, then it is obligatory that knowledge is taken from him and it is not taken from the people of falsehood.

The salaf used to say: Indeed this knowledge is religion so look (beware) of whom you take your religion from. And if a man used to speak (about the religion) they would say to him: “Name us your men” so if they were people of innovation (that he named) they would not take (any knowledge) from him and if they were from the people of sunnah, then (the salaf) would take from him.

Therefore the religion of Allah is not taken from the people of falsehood, because they are the people of deception and they mix falsehood with truth, so as to propagate their falsehood.

So it is upon the student that he is diligent in taking knowledge from its pure unadulterated sources, from the Salafi books, from those who teach these books and from the sincere truthful ardent ones who spread the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah – peace and blessings upon him – and spread his correct methodology. And from those who are sincere, truthful and ardent upon guiding the people and saving them from misguidance and from the destructive paths.

Some traits of the Haddaadiyyah–Deviated Foul Mouthed Extremists

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Some traits of the Haddaadiyyah–Deviated Foul Mouthed Extremists

First Stage:

They first started speaking ill of Imaam Nawawi, Al-Haafidh) Ibn Hajr, Imaam Ash-Shawkaani and some of the contemporary scholars, such as Imaam Al-Albaani (may Allaah bestow Mercy upon them).

Second Stage:

Then they increased a bit more—in evil speech– and included some of the contemporary scholars, such as Shaikh Rabee and other than him from the virtuous people of knowledge (may Allaah preserve them).

Third Stage:

Then they included –in their evil speech– everyone amongst the Imaams of Islaam and Ahlul Hadeeth—past and present– who did/do not make takfeer of (a Muslim who abandons the prayer out of laziness).  And they (i.e. the Haddaadees) falsely accused some of them (i.e. those Imaams of Islaam and Ahlul Hadeeth) of carrying the beliefs of the Murji’a and the Jahmiyyah.

Fourtly:

Then they embarked upon speaking ill of the texts of the Qur’aan and the Sunnah….

Praising Innovators – Shaykh Muhammad bin Haadi

The questioner says—may Allah reward you with good:

‘There is a person who praises the people of innovation and rejects the speech of the scholars of the Sunnah concerning them, and he also defames the scholars of the Sunnah and so on.’

Shaykh Muhammad ibn Hadi:

“Whoever praises the people of innovation, without doubt, he is from the innovators; rather, he is without doubt from their callers. The people asked our Shaykh—may Allah’s Mercy be upon him—Shaykh ‘Abd al-’Aziz ibn Baz, during the lesson of the explanation of the book Fadl al-Islam is the person who praises the people of innovation considered from them. He said, yes, there is no doubt that he is from them; rather, he is from their callers. This is available in his voice and in writing, all praise is for Allah, and there is no doubt concerning this.”

[2] The Stance of the Salaf Towards Ahlul Bidah

Abu Qilaabah said: “Neither sit with the people of desires (i.e. people of bidah) nor argue with them, for indeed I do not feel secure that they will plunge you in their misguidance, or bewilder you regarding what (i.e. the truth) you already know.”

[Al-Ibaanah369]

Salaam bin Abee Mutee said: A man from the people of bidah said to Ayyoub (i.e. Ayyoob As-Sakhtiyaanee): ‘O Abu- Bakr! Can I ask you about a word? [He (i.e. Salaam)] said: “So I saw him (i.e. Ayyoub) gesturing with his hand, whilst saying: ”’Not even half a word; not even half a word!”

[Al-Ibaanah of Ibn Battah 482]

[1] The Stance of the Salaf Towards Ahlul Bidah

Ibn ‘Abbaas (radiyallaahu-anhumaa) said:

“Do not sit with the people of desires (i.e. people of bidah), for indeed their gatherings cause sickness in the hearts.”

[Al-Ibaanah 371]

Imaam Ahmad (rahimahullaah) said:

”It is neither permissible for anyone to sit with ahlul bidah nor mix with them, nor socialize with them.”

The Nabahaani khaarijite cult [Hizb Tahrir]—Reminder to Our Noble Brothers @Masjid Al-Furqaan

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

I remind myself and all the brothers at [Masjid Al-Furqaan (Stoke-on-Trent)] of the following:

Al-Hasan (al-Basree) said: ‘The wise man does not argue or seek to overcome with stratagem rather he propagates his wisdom.  If it is accepted he praises Allah and if it is rejected he praises Allah'[1]

Sheikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) commented on the above statement saying: Concerning the statement of Imaam Barbahaaree that Hasan al-Basree said: ‘The wise man does not argue or seek to overcome with stratagem….’

Al-Hasan Al-Basree: He is Al-Hasan Ibnu Abil Hasan Al-Basree the well known Imaam from amongst the Taa’bi’een; he said:

‘The wise man’, that is the one who possesses wisdom, and wisdom is to place something in its (proper) place.  Likewise, the wise one means the one with understanding.   Therefore, two meanings are intended by Al-Hakeem (the wise one).  The first intended meaning is one who places the affairs in their (proper) place.  And it is also intended to mean the one who has understanding, because wisdom is understanding and knowledge of what is intended by Allah and His Messenger (i.e. the understanding of the Book of Allah, the Sunnah of His Messenger and the path of the Salaf).

He (i.e. the wise one) ‘does not argue’.  He does not debate (with) a fruitless debate that is devoid of benefit.

‘And he (i.e. the wise one) does not seek to overcome with stratagem’.  He does not seek to overcome the people of falsehood with stratagem and to make them submit.  ‘His wisdom’, that is he propagates his knowledge and if accepted he praises Allah.  This is what is sought after.  And if it (i.e. his knowledge/wisdom) is not accepted, he is absolved of his responsibility and the proof is conveyed.

And concerning the statement, ‘He (i.e. the wise one) praises Allah’; because he established and conveyed the proof, and fulfilled that which is required of him, and the guiding of the hearts is in the hands of Allah (Glorified And Exalted Be He).

The Khawaarij of old and those who carry their ideology today

The Khawaarij were the first people to declare sinful Muslims to be disbelievers and they declare lawful rebellion against Muslim Rulers.  The khawaarij of old were called ‘Al-Harooriyyah’ because they began their bidah of rebellion against the Muslim rulers at a place called Haroora in Koofah.  They were also called ‘Ahlu An-Nahrawaan’ (The people of Nahrawaan) because Ali (radiyallaahu-anhu) fought them at that place.  They are divided into different groupings: The Ibaadiyyah-followers of Abdullaah Bin Ibaad; the Al-Azaariqah-the followers of Naafi Bin Azraq and others. [for further details see: Sharh Hadeethu Jibreel of Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah: page: 319]

Please brothers! Ignore those foolish ring leaders of the Nabahaani cult.  The Salafi brothers in Stoke are well aware of the extreme foolishness and ignorance of this cult.  They are only looking for someone to give them publicity.  In-Shaa-Allaah…the  details in following threads will be enough as an insight into the deviation and foolishness of these deviated people..

See following articles:

Finally: Likewise, it is well-known to the Salafiyyoon in Stoke, Manchester and Birmingham that those ring leaders of hizb tahrir in [Stoke and else –where] are callers to bidah, and as we all know the callers to bidah are not given any consideration.  Imaam al-Awzaa’ee said: ”Do not give a person of Innovation a chance to debate…”

Brothers: If it is the case that the ring leaders of this splinter of group of the khawaarij [Hizb Tahrir] have rejected the advises of the Imams of the Sunnah in this Era [i.e. Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz, Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen, Imaam Naasiruddeen Al-Albaani) and their brothers amongst the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah, such as the likes of [Shaikh Rabee, Shaikh Fawzaan, Shaikh Abdul Azeez Aala Shaikh, Shaikh Luhaydaan, Shaikh Ghidiyaan and others], then who else will they listen to?!  Therefore, we remind the brothers not to entertain the foolishness of this cult; rather the evidences against them will be posted on this website because the Salafi Students of knowledge in the UK have already transmitted the refutations of the scholars against them.  May Allaah guide the members of this cult or protect us from their bidah.

An Explanation of the Sayings of The Biased-Partisans [Spubs.com]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Indeed, we did emphasise the need to visit this website [www.salafipublications.com]; because there are many reoccurring affairs of fitan, which were previously dealt with by the students at Maktabah Salafiyyah from the works of the scholars.

[الحمد لله]….there are many Maraakiz of Salafiyyah in the West—free from the falsehood of the followers of hajoori and halabi—but it is also important that we are well aware of evil plots, devilish insinuations and false accusations of those carrying the views of the Qutubis, Sorooris and Ikhwaanis.

Recently we have seen some of the ignorant liars, slanderers and allies of the innovators–such as the likes of Abu Eesa Niamatullaah—attempting to slander the Salafiyyoon in order to justify his deviated and destructive methodology.  Therefore, it is important that the young Salafi brothers and sisters are well aware of some of those affairs through which the likes of Abu Eesa and others seek to confound truth with falsehood, and in order to promote their deviated views as alternatives to the sound Manhaj positions of the Ulama of Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jamaa-ah.  The following article is very important indeed and may Allaah grant us Tawfeeq to understand the issues….Aameen.

We ask Allaah to reward and preserve the Ulamaa of Ahlus Sunnah.  We ask Allaah to preserve and reward the students at Maktabah Salafiyyah, and may Allaah grant them the Tawfeeq to carry on defending this blessed Manhajus Salafi in the West.   Aameen.
