[3] Insights from some statements of Al-Allamah Rabee Bin Hadi al-Mad’khali

The Shaikh, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:

We do not say that there are people of Ijtihad amongst ahlul bidah because they are followers of desires, and Allah and His Messenger have testified to this. The misguided innovator in religious matters stirs up discord and errs, and then says to you, “This is Ijtihad”. When Hikmatiyar and the misguided parties (in Afghanistan) murdered Shaikh Jameel Ur-Rahman, they said, “This is Ijtihad”. Making lawful the spilling of the blood of the Salafis is Ijtihad to them! This is what it is, they do not fall into misguidance or a calamity except that they say, ‘This is Ijtihad’. This is a dilution of Islam, mixing falsehood, misguidance and bidah with truth when the mistakes of the (real scholars of Ijtihaad) for which they are rewarded are placed at the same level alongside innovation in religion about which the Messenger, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, has informed us that it leads to the fire.

Implications of the Decline in Upright Scholars – Reminder to Our Beloved Brothers and Sisters In Stoke

Imam Abdul Aziz Bin Baz, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:

The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, informed us that Allah does not take away knowledge by taking it away from the hearts of men, but he takes away knowledge through the death of scholars until no scholar remains; then people will take the ignorant as their leaders who when asked will issue verdicts without knowledge, thus leading themselves and others astray.

Within fourteen months, three scholars passed away. Approximately fourteen months ago, our noble brother, Al-Allamah, His Excellency Shaikh Abdullah bin Muhammad Bin Hamid, may Allah have mercy upon him, passed away about a year and two months ago. Subsequently, Shaikh Muhammad Bin Al-Harthan, a well-known scholar, also passed away at the beginning of Ramadan, may Allah have mercy upon him. Two nights ago, Shaikh Abdul Malik Bin Ibrahim, the former head of the authority in the western region, passed away. He was well-known for his virtue and knowledge. May Allah have mercy upon him.

The decrease of scholars is something noticed (and felt) and it is a great danger. O brother! It is obligated to you to take advantage of (or benefit from) the presence of the people of knowledge in any place, whether in this Masjid in Makkah, in Madina, or elsewhere. If you hear about the people of knowledge- those who are known for their sound creed, steadfastness, and noble teachings, be eager to (reach) them and embark to benefit from them in the Masaajid, in the gatherings that are broadcasted, or through programs such as “Nur Alaa Ad-Darb”, or through any means you can listen to (something) of benefit- be eager for it, seize (take advantage of) the moments of your life, learn your religion, pursue understanding of your religion before seeking someone to teach you, but no one is found, and there is no power nor strength except with Allah. A calamity may befall the people when they are deprived of knowledge, either by being distracted from the knowledge – afflicted with the calamity of distraction from knowledge, or due to the absence of the people of knowledge and the absence of the gatherings of gatherings; and there is no power or strength except with Allah. Al-Allamah Rabee, may Allah preserve him, was asked: Shaikh Al-Albani, Shaikh Ibn Baz, and Shaikh Uthaymeen have passed away, so who remains from the scholars?

Answer: Quote: Allah’s Messenger- peace and blessings of Allah be upon him- died and his noble companions- may Allah be pleased with them- remained. Ahmad Ibn Hanbal died and his companions remained. Ibn Taymiyyah died and his companions remained. Ibn Abdul Wahhaab died and his companions remained. Those [i.e. Al- Albani, Ibn Baz, and Uthaymeen] died and their students and brothers remain by Allah’s Will. The truth will not be lost. When Umar was stabbed, it was said to him, “Appoint a successor!” He said, “Allah will not allow His Religion to be lost”. By Allah! This Religion will never be lost. It is obligated to you to put shoulder to shoulder and embark upon work- raise the flag of the Sunnah and truth. “There will not cease to be a group amongst my Ummah manifest upon the truth, neither will they be harmed by those who betray them nor by those who oppose them till Allah’s promise come to pass (i.e. the day of Judgement)”. The Prophet – peace and blessings be upon him- said, “Allah will raise for this Ummah at the end of every hundred years the one who will revive its religion for it”. [3]

“Allaah will raise for this Ummah”– Meaning, the Ummah Al-Ijaabah (the Muslims). “At the end of every hundred years”– Meaning, at the end of every hundred years when there is little knowledge of the Shariah and the authentic Prophetic Sunnah, while ignorance and innovation in religious matters is rife. “One who will revive its religion for it”– Meaning, a scholar who is alive and well known. He will clarify the authentic Prophetic Sunnah and distinguish it from Bidah. knowledge will be abundant again and its adherents will be aided, and the proponents of Bidah will be overcome and degraded. This reviver is none else but a scholar who has a sound understanding of the religious sciences that deal with acts of worship, the underlying wisdom of the religion, and the texts that deal with beliefs of the heart. The Death of Al-Allaamah Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Nasir Al-Faqihi – May Allah have mercy upon him;

Shaikh Abdullah Al-Bukhari, may Allah preserve him stated: Today, Al-Allamah, the Murabbi (an Erudite Scholar who nurtures and guides the Ummah to the right path), the one who defended the religion ordained by Allah against the distortions of those who go beyond bounds, the distortions of falsifiers, and the (false) interpretations of the ignorant. May Allah grant him forgiveness and elevate his status in Paradise alongside the Prophets, the Truthful, the Martyrs, and the Righteous, and excellent are those as companions. May Allah grant his family and children patience and solace, as well as Ahlus Sunnah. “Indeed, we belong to Allah, and to Him, we shall return”. [5]

A Brief Acquaintance With Al-Allaamah Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Nasir Al-Faqihi – may Allah have mercy upon him:

He was born in the village of Al-Manjarah, situated in the Jazan region, in the year 1354 AH. He spent his formative years there, where he completed his primary and secondary education.

From an early age, he engaged in numerous educational circles and studied under various scholars at the institutions established by Shaikh Abdullah Al-Qarawi in the southern region, with Shaikh Hafiz Al-Hakami being one of his prominent instructors.

He pursued his academic endeavours diligently, ultimately earning a doctorate, specifically in Aqeedah, at King Abdul Aziz University, Makkah branch (now known as Umm Al-Qura University) in the year 1399 AH.

He entered the professional realm and occupied several significant positions throughout his academic journey, including:

– Dean of Library Affairs at the Islamic University of Madinah.

– Secretary-General of the Islamic University.

– Chairman of the Council for Islamic Advocacy.

– Faculty member in graduate studies.

Additionally, he served as a consultant at the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran and as an instructor at the Prophet’s Mosque.

He actively participated in numerous conferences both domestically and internationally, such as:

– The conference on intoxicants and drugs held at the Islamic University.

– The conference commemorating the 15th Hijri century in the year 1400 AH, which was conducted in Sudan.

He has authored a collection of published research, printed works, and edited books, including:

Alongside several research studies and articles that have been published in “the Islamic University Journal”. [6]

We ask Allah:

اللَّهُمَّ بِعِلْمِكَ الْغَيْبَ وَقُدْرَتِكَ عَلَى الْخَلْقِ أَحْيِنِي مَا عَلِمْتَ الْحَيَاةَ خَيْراً لِي وَتَوَفَّنِي إِذَا عَلِمْتَ الْوَفَاةَ خَيْراً لِي، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَشْيَتَكَ فِي الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ كَلِمَةَ الْحَقِّ فِي الرِّضَا وَالْغَضَبِ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ الْقَصْدَ فِي الْغِنَى وَالْفَقْرِ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ نَعِيماً لَا يَنْفَذُ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ قُرَّةَ عَيْنٍ لَا تَنْقَطِعُ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ الرِّضِا بَعْدَ الْقَضَاءِ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ بَرْدَ الْعَيْشِ بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ لَذَّةَ النَّظَرِ إِلَى وَجْهِكَ وَالشَّوْقَ إِلَى لِقَائِكَ فِي غَيْرِ ضَرَّاءَ مُضِرَّةٍ وَلَا فِتْنَةٍ مُضِلَّةٍ، اللَّهُمَّ زَيِّنَّا بِزِينَةِ الْإِيمَانِ
وَاجْعَلْنَا هُدَاةً مُهْتَدِينَ

O Allah! By Your Knowledge of the unseen and by Your Power over creation, let me live if life is good for me, and let me die if death is good for me; O Allah! I ask You to grant me (the blessing of having) fear of You in private and public, and I ask You (to make me utter) a statement of truth in times of contentment and anger, and I ask You for moderation when in a state of wealth and poverty, and I ask you for blessings that never ceases, and I ask You for the coolness of my eye that never ends, and I ask You (to make me pleased) after (Your) decree; and I ask You for a life of (ease, comfort, tranquillity, etc) after death; I ask You for the delight of looking at Your Face (i.e. in the Hereafter) and yearning to meet You without any harm and misleading trials (coming upon me). O Allah! Adorn us with the adornment of Iman, and make us (from those who are) guided and guiding (others). [As-Saheehah Number 1301]

May bestow extensive mercy to Al-Allaamah Ali Nasir Al-Faqeehee, elevating his rank in the Hereafter and make all his endeavours lasting Sadaqah Jariyah. May Allah bestow His mercy upon all the upright scholars who have departed this world, and grant a long and virtuous life to those who remain among us. Ameen.

Al-Allaamah Saaleh al-Fawzaan Rebukes Both Ignorant and Misguided People Who Complain When Detail Clarification is Given! [Reminder to Greenlane’s Allies In Stoke On Trent]

Al-Allaamah Saaleh Al-Fawzaan [may Allaah preserve him] stated:

Some of the people at present- the majority of them ignorant ones and amongst them misguided ones- say, “Do not learn about the false beliefs; suffice yourselves with learning the correct belief only and do not involve yourself in seeking to know the beliefs of the people of misguidance and the refutations against their doubts. Leave this and teach the children of the Muslims the correct belief only. Do not inform them about the statements that are in opposition [to the truth], the doubts and refutation against them.” This one [i.e. the one who makes these statements] is either one of the ignorant people who knows nothing about knowledge or he is one of those motivated by personal desires-those who want to spread the false schools of thought and their doubts; rather it may be that they say, ‘’It is sufficient for a person to say, ‘I am a Muslim; I am a believer….. a general Islaam suffices, do not say, ‘Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa-ah, [do not say], ‘the people of misguidance, splitting and differing; do not say this, because it will cause division between the Muslims.’’’

These [statements are tantamount to] misguidance because Allaah [The Mighty and Majestic] has clarified the truth in opposition to falsehood, guidance in opposition to misguidance and Tawheed in opposition to shirk. Allaah [The Mighty and Majestic] has clarified all the affairs of the Religion- a detailed clarification of the affairs related to worship, mutual dealings and manners. Therefore, this must be clarified in order that it is made clear to the people, [and in order] that they can be upon clarity, and so that the true Muslim is distinguished from the so-called Muslim and no deviation and forgery enters into Islaam. We must make a distinction between this and that one, in order that truth is not confounded with falsehood, and [in order] to distinguish between truth and falsehood, and [between] good and wickedness. We do not suffice ourselves with a general Islaam because this is misleading, and it is deception. We warn against this propaganda. The truth must be clarified and distinguished from falsehood, and guidance must be distinguished from misguidance. Hudhaifah [radiyallaahu-anhu] used to ask the Prophet [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] about the evil and did not suffice himself by only asking the Prophet about the good. The Prophet affirmed that for him and did not say to him: ”Suffice yourself with knowing what good is’’ rather he [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] affirmed and clarified- for him- the evil that was to occur, in order that he may beware and warn others. Ahlul Bidah at Loggerheads! [Murji’ah (Ed Husain and Associates) Utilize Freedom of Speech to Utter Kufr and Rebuke Khawaarij (Hizb Tahreer) For Utilizing Freedom of Speech For Their Misguided Call to Khilaafah]

In The Name of Allaah The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Ed Husain said:

“Free speech is not a western concept: it is a universal craving of the human soul.”

[End of quote]

Yes, indeed Mr Husain is right in saying that free speech is a craving of the human soul, but our Lord [The Most High] reminded us of the dangers and evil consequences of the unrestrained soul and tongue. Ed Husain utilizes this freedom of speech to call to misguidance – the kufr of evolution and the kufr of the heretical philosophers (Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina).

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

وَلَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ وَنَعۡلَمُ مَا تُوَسۡوِسُ بِهِۦ نَفۡسُهُ ۥ‌ۖ وَنَحۡنُ أَقۡرَبُ إِلَيۡهِ مِنۡ حَبۡلِ ٱلۡوَرِيدِ

إِذۡ يَتَلَقَّى ٱلۡمُتَلَقِّيَانِ عَنِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٌ۬

مَّا يَلۡفِظُ مِن قَوۡلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيۡهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ۬

And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge). (Remember!) that the two receivers (recording angels) receive (each human being after he or she has attained the age of puberty), one sitting on the right and one on the left (to note his or her actions). Not a word does he (or she) utter, but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it). [Surah Qaaf. Aayaat 16-18]

The Messenger [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] said:

“When the son of Adam wakes up in the morning, all the limbs humble themselves before the tongue and say: ”Fear Allaah for our sake, (for) we are with you; if you are upright, we will be upright; and if you are crooked, we will become crooked.” [1]

The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) also said: “Whoever can guarantee (the chastity of) what is between his two jaw bones and what is between his two legs (i.e. his mouth, his tongue and his private parts), I guarantee Paradise for him.” [2]

Imaam Abdul-Azeez Bin Baaz (rahimahullaah) said: This requires two affairs; [a] A lot of remembrance (of Allaah); [b] keeping away from gatherings of heedlessness and doubts, and (keeping away from) that which will result in fornication and nonsense speech. [3]

Abu Hurairah (radiyallaahu-anhu) said that the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said, ‘’A slave (of Allaah) may utter a word which pleases Allaah, without giving it much importance, and because of that Allaah will raise him to degrees (of reward); a slave (of Allaah) may utter a word (carelessly) which displeases Allaah, without thinking of its gravity, and because of that he will be thrown into the Hell-fire.’’ [Saheeh al-Bukhaari Number 6478]

Al-Hasan Bin Saaleh (rahimahullaah) said:

“I scrutinized Wara (apprehensive fear) thoroughly and did it find it more lacking in anything than the tongue.” [4]

Imaam Fudayl Ibn Iyaad (rahimahullaah) said:

“Neither hajj nor taking up positions during battle, nor Jihaad are more difficult than restraining the tongue.” [5]

Imaam Ibn Qudaamah Al-Maqdisee (rahimahullaah) said:

Know that whoever is acquainted with the worth of his era and that it is his main capital, he will not seek an understanding except in what is beneficial. This acquaintance obligates restraining one’s tongue from speaking about that which does not concern him, for indeed the one who abandons the remembrance of Allaah (The Most High) and busies himself with what does not concern him, then he is like one who is able to get hold of a gem but exchanges it for a clod of earth.  This is a loss of one’s lifespan. Even though Ed Husain utilizes freedom of speech to utter Kufr and spread misguidance, he complains about Hizb Tahreer when they utilise freedom of speech to promote their misguided call to Khilaafah. Ed says:

False Accusations of a Shiite Rafidi Takfeeree – Intoxicated With Grave Worship- Against So-called Wahhaabees And Calling to Extreme Violence After Grave He Worshipped Was Bombed!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee [hafidhahullaah] said:

The Raafidi Mujtabaa Al-Mahdee Ash-Sheeraazee stated after the blowing up of the tomb of Ali Ibn Muhammad Al-Haadi: Allaah (The Most High) said in His noble Book:

إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَنْ يُقَتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُمْ مِنْ خِلَافٍ أَوْ يُنْفَوْا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَلَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ

The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter. [5:33]

If this noble ayah is not a truthful confirmation about the Wahhaabi- the disbeliever, the terrorist, the Nawaasib (haters of the prophet’s family), the Wahshee (beast)], then who else does this noble ayah confirms their affair?! If this noble ayah is not a confirmation of the affair of those men of religion and those who are not men of religion – the helpers of the Wahhaabees- the disbelievers, the Nawaasib (haters of the prophet’s family), Wuhoosh (beasts etc.)]- due to the likes of this action (i.e. the blowing up of the tomb of Ali ibn Muhammad Al-Haadi), then who else does this noble ayah confirm their affair? If we disbelieve in the noble Qur’aan, then let us be brave and make clear what we believe. If we believe in the noble Qur’aan, then it is obligatory to kill the Wahhaabi-the terrorist, the Naasibi (hater of the prophet’s family), the Wahshee (beast)]. And whoever helps the Wahhaabi–whether he is a man of religion or not–with the likes of this action (i.e. the blowing up of that tomb) and others, then it is obligatory to kill him. And whoever says that it is not obligatory to kill these people and those who aid them, then he has announced his disbelief in the noble Qur’aan.

Look at this!  He utilises the term Wahhaabi and attributes it to terrorism when it is the case that the call of Imaam Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhaab (rahimahullaah) is based upon the way of the Sahaabah and the great scholars of the ummah in creed, methodology, politics and adhering to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger. Finally, it is well known that the worship of graves and tombs is major Shirk. Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [rahimahullaah] said: “Shrines are graves and the Prophetic tradition regarding this affair is that graves are to be raised a hand span from the ground, so that they are recognised as graves and not degraded. This is why in the hadeeth of Sa’d Bin Abee Waqqaas [radiyallaahu-anhu] it is reported that the grave of the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] was raised a hand span and Sa’d also gave orders that the same should be done to his grave. As for building over them, taking them as Masaajid and building domes, this is not permissible. According to the people of knowledge, this is evil, innovation in religion and one of the means to Shirk. And due to this the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] stated in an authentic hadeeth: “The curse of Allaah is upon the Jews and Christians [i.e. those Jews who deviated from the pure message of Moosaa and those Christians who deviated from the pure message of the Messiah], because they took the graves of their Prophets as places of worship”. And in a hadeeth in Saheeh Muslim, the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] forbade that graves should be plastered (made into permanent structures), used as sitting places and building over them. Therefore, it is not permissible to build over graves – neither mosques nor domes, nor other than them, and also they are not to be plastered, because indeed this is one of the means to Shirk – one of the means, because it becomes exalted, invoked besides Allaah and help sought from it, and thus shirk occurs. Building over graves- placing domes, mosques and lamps over them are from the means to Shirk, and this is why the Prophet [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] warned against it and cursed those who do so. It is obligated on the Muslims to be warned against this and that they do not build over a grave – neither a Masjid nor other than it, neither a dome nor plastered, neither place lamps on them nor shrouded. All this is not permissible, rather it is from the means to Shirk….” [End of quote Ref 2]

However, neither do we condone nor commit the terrorist acts of the terrorist devils of ISIS, Al-Qaida and their ilk. Even though the Raafidah Shiites are diseased grave worshipers, however none has the right to commit terrorist acts against them, such as when the devils of ISIS and Al Qaida attack them in their shrines and tombs. If shrines and tombs are to be removed, then this has to be done when the Muslim rulers give the command and neither do we do not take the law into our own hands nor exceed the command we are given by the Muslim authorities as long as such a command agrees with the command of Allaah and His Messenger. Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [rahimahullaah] said, “Stopping evil by the hand must be based on ability and should not result in greater corruption or evil. A man has the right to rectify matters with his hand in his home [i.e. based on what the law of the land allows him]; a manager has the authority to make changes with the hand within the organization they are responsible for, in accordance with the instructions that were given to them [i.e. the authority given to them by the state authorities]; otherwise, people should not change with their hand anything they are not authorised to change.  If they do make changes in matters that they have no authority over, this will result in more evil and great corruption between them and the people and between the people and the state”. The Basis of The Misguidance of The Khawaarij [ISIS, Al Qaida etc] And The Raafidah Shiites of Iran etc

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [rahimahullaah] said:

“The people of bidah, such as the khawaarij, they initiate an innovation [in the religion], excommunicate the one who opposes them and declare lawful the shedding of his [i.e. opponent’s] blood. These people [i.e. people of bidah] refute the bidah of each other, whilst he [i.e. the refuter] is also an innovator; so he refutes a bidah with another bidah, and falsehood with another falsehood”. [Ref 4]

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [rahimahullaah] also said:

“The basis of the misguidance of these ones is their belief that the Imaams of guidance and the Jamaa’ah [i.e. the Salafus Saaleh] have exited the (confines) of justice and are misguided. This is the view of those who have abandoned the Sunnah, such as the Raafidah and those similar to them. And that which they consider to be oppression, they hold that it’s disbelief and then innovate rulings for it. These are the three stances -[i.e. they revile the Salaf, declare certain acts as oppression and then innovate rulings against them] – held by those who exit the Sunnah, such as the Harooriyyah [i.e. khawaarij], the raafidah and those similar to them. They isolate some of the fundamental principles of the Islamic Religion until they exit from it (completely), just like an arrow goes through a hunted game”. [Ref 5]

Bidah Al-Mukaffirah and Bidah Al-Mufassiqah – [A Brief Clarification By Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee]

Bidah Al-Mukaffirah and Bidah al-Mufassiqah

Bidah Al-Mukaffirah: It is the Bidah that is tantamount to disbelief. Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) was asked whether there is a difference between Bidah Al-Mukaffirah and Bidah Al-Mufassiqah; so Shaikh said that there is Bidah Mukaffirah, such as rejecting the Ruyah (i.e. denying that the believers will see Allaah in the afterlife); rejecting Allaah’s Uluww [i.e. denying that Allaah is above his creation –Allaah ascended over the Throne in a way that benefits his majesty)]; invoking other than Allaah; offering slaughtered sacrifice (i.e. animals) to other than Allaah etc. These are affairs of Bidah Al-Mukaffirah (the bidah that is tantamount to disbelief).

But we do not make Takfeer of the people who commit this type of Bidah until we establish the proofs against them. That is because some of them (i.e. the people who fall into these affairs) carry doubts and are far away from the era of Prophethood and its light (i.e. guidance). So they fall into the likes these innovations.

Rejecting the Ruyah is disbelief; rejecting Allaah’s Uluww is disbelief; the saying that the Qur’aan is created is disbelief-major disbelief. But this person, -[who testifies that none has the right to be worshipped except Allaah and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allaah, and he prays,  observes fasting, wants paradise and believes in that] -received the doubts of the people of falsehood, so he falls into the likes of these affairs (i.e. these innovations that are tantamount to disbelief). So we say to him: You have fallen into disbelief and the evidence is this and this, and we clarify for him.  So if Allaah grants him Tawfeeq and he returns to the truth, then all praise is due to Allaah. But if not, we declare him a disbeliever after establishing the proofs against him.

As for Bidah Al-Mufassiqah it is other than this [i.e. it is not at the level of that which is tantamount to disbelief]…. [Ref1]

Al-Allaamah Muqbil Bin Haadee Al-Waadi’ee [rahimahullaah] said:

Amongst them [i.e. the Rawaafid] are those who say that their Imaams will return after death; and from them are those who claim that some of their Imaams are infallible; and amongst them are those who say that Ali [radiyallaahu-anhu] can bring back the dead to life; and amongst them is one who says that he walks on the sea.. Ali, Hasan, Husain Muhammad Bin Hanafiyyah, Ali Bin Husain, Hasan Bin Hasan, Muhammad Bin Ali Bin Husain, Jafar Bin Muhammad, Zaid Bin Ali and those who follow their path from the family of the Prophet free themselves from these false [claims] and its proponents.


Resemblance of the Raafidah to those Yahood and Nasaaraa Who Exceeded the Limits [i.e. those Yahood and Nasaaraa who tampered with the scriptures, innovated and distorted the religion of Moosaa and Eesaa

[alayhimas salaam].

 

Allaah [Glorified and Exalted be He] said:

لَقَدۡ ڪَفَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡمَسِيحُ ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ‌ۖ وَقَالَ ٱلۡمَسِيحُ يَـٰبَنِىٓ إِسۡرَٲٓءِيلَ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ رَبِّى وَرَبَّڪُمۡ‌ۖ إِنَّهُ ۥ مَن يُشۡرِكۡ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدۡ حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ وَمَأۡوَٮٰهُ ٱلنَّارُ‌ۖ وَمَا لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ مِنۡ أَنصَارٍ۬ (٧٢) لَّقَدۡ ڪَفَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ثَالِثُ ثَلَـٰثَةٍ۬‌ۘ وَمَا مِنۡ إِلَـٰهٍ إِلَّآ إِلَـٰهٌ۬ وَٲحِدٌ۬‌ۚ وَإِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهُواْ عَمَّا يَقُولُونَ لَيَمَسَّنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ (٧٣) أَفَلَا يَتُوبُونَ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَيَسۡتَغۡفِرُونَهُ ۥ‌ۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ۬ رَّحِيمٌ۬ (٧٤) مَّا ٱلۡمَسِيحُ ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ إِلَّا رَسُولٌ۬ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلِهِ ٱلرُّسُلُ وَأُمُّهُ ۥ صِدِّيقَةٌ۬‌ۖ ڪَانَا يَأۡڪُلَانِ ٱلطَّعَامَ‌ۗ ٱنظُرۡ ڪَيۡفَ نُبَيِّنُ لَهُمُ ٱلۡأَيَـٰتِ ثُمَّ ٱنظُرۡ أَنَّىٰ يُؤۡفَكُونَ (٧٥) قُلۡ أَتَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَمۡلِكُ لَڪُمۡ ضَرًّ۬ا وَلَا نَفۡعً۬ا‌ۚ وَٱللَّهُ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ (٧٦) قُلۡ يَـٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡڪِتَـٰبِ لَا تَغۡلُواْ فِى دِينِڪُمۡ غَيۡرَ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوٓاْ أَهۡوَآءَ قَوۡمٍ۬ قَدۡ ضَلُّواْ مِن قَبۡلُ وَأَضَلُّواْ ڪَثِيرً۬ا وَضَلُّواْ عَن سَوَآءِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ

‘Surely, they have disbelieved who say: “Allaah is the Messiah [‘Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary).” But the Messiah [‘Iesa (Jesus)] said: “O Children of Israel! Worship Allaah, my Lord and your Lord.” Verily, whosoever sets up partners in worship with Allaah, then Allaah has forbidden Paradise for him, and the Fire will be his abode. And for the (polytheists and wrong doers) there are no helpers.’  ‘Surely, disbelievers are those who said: “Allaah is the third of the three (in a Trinity).” But there is no ilaah (god) (none who has the right to be worshipped) but One Ilaah (God -Allaah). And if they cease not from what they say, verily, a painful torment will befall the disbelievers among them.’  Will they not repent to Allaah and ask His Forgiveness? For Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

The Messiah [‘Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary), was no more than a Messenger; many were the Messengers that passed away before him. His mother [Maryam (Mary)] was a Siddeeqah [i.e. she believed in the words of Allaah and His Books (see Verse 66:12)]. They both used to eat food (as any other human being, while Allaah does not eat). Look how We make the Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to them, yet look how they are deluded away (from the truth). Say (O Muhammad to mankind): “How do you worship besides Allaah something which has no power either to harm or to benefit you? But it is Allaah Who is the All-Hearer, All-Knower.” Say (O Muhammad): “O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Exceed not the limits in your religion (by believing in something) other than the truth, and do not follow the vain desires of people who went astray in times gone by, and who misled many, and strayed (themselves) from the Right Path.” [Surah Al-Maa’idah. Aayaat 72-77]

And [The Exalted] said:

يَـٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡڪِتَـٰبِ لَا تَغۡلُواْ فِى دِينِڪُمۡ وَلَا تَقُولُواْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلۡحَقَّ‌ۚ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡمَسِيحُ عِيسَى ٱبۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ وَڪَلِمَتُهُ ۥۤ أَلۡقَٮٰهَآ إِلَىٰ مَرۡيَمَ وَرُوحٌ۬ مِّنۡهُ‌ۖ فَـَٔامِنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦ‌ۖ وَلَا تَقُولُواْ ثَلَـٰثَةٌ‌ۚ ٱنتَهُواْ خَيۡرً۬ا لَّڪُمۡ‌ۚ إِنَّمَا ٱللَّهُ إِلَـٰهٌ۬ وَٲحِدٌ۬‌ۖ سُبۡحَـٰنَهُ ۥۤ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُ ۥ وَلَدٌ۬‌ۘ لَّهُ ۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ‌ۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَڪِيلاً۬

‘O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Do not exceed the limits in your religion, nor say of Allaah aught but the truth. The Messiah ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), was (no more than) a Messenger of Allaah and His Word, (“Be!” – and he was) which He bestowed on Maryam (Mary) and a spirit (Rooh) created by Him; so, believe in Allaah and His Messengers. Say not: “Three (trinity)!” Cease! (it is) better for you. For Allaah is (the only) One Ilaah (God), Glory be to Him (Far Exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allaah is All-Sufficient as a Disposer of affairs.’ [Surah An-Nisaa. Aayah 171]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

وَقَالَتِ ٱلۡيَهُودُ عُزَيۡرٌ ٱبۡنُ ٱللَّهِ وَقَالَتِ ٱلنَّصَـٰرَى ٱلۡمَسِيحُ ٱبۡنُ ٱللَّهِ‌ۖ ذَٲلِكَ قَوۡلُهُم بِأَفۡوَٲهِهِمۡ‌ۖ يُضَـٰهِـُٔونَ قَوۡلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ڪَفَرُواْ مِن قَبۡلُ‌ۚ قَـٰتَلَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ‌ۚ أَنَّىٰ يُؤۡفَڪُونَ (٣٠)ٱتَّخَذُوٓاْ أَحۡبَارَهُمۡ وَرُهۡبَـٰنَهُمۡ أَرۡبَابً۬ا مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡمَسِيحَ ٱبۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ وَمَآ أُمِرُوٓاْ إِلَّا لِيَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَـٰهً۬ا وَٲحِدً۬ا‌ۖ لَّآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ‌ۚ سُبۡحَـٰنَهُ ۥ عَمَّا يُشۡرِڪُونَ

‘And the Jews say: ‘Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allaah, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allaah. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allaah’s Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth! They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allaah (by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful according to their own desires without being ordered by Allaah), and (they also took as their Lord) Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary), while they (Jews and Christians) were commanded [in the Tauraat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)) to worship none but One Ilaah (God – Allaah) Laa ilaaha illaa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He)[. Praise and glory be to Him, (far above is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him).”[Surah At-Tawbah. Aayaat 30-31]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

مَا كَانَ لِبَشَرٍ أَن يُؤۡتِيَهُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلۡحُكۡمَ وَٱلنُّبُوَّةَ ثُمَّ يَقُولَ لِلنَّاسِ كُونُواْ عِبَادً۬ا لِّى مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَـٰكِن كُونُواْ رَبَّـٰنِيِّـۧنَ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تُعَلِّمُونَ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ وَبِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَدۡرُسُونَ (٧٩) وَلَا يَأۡمُرَكُمۡ أَن تَتَّخِذُواْ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓٮِٕكَةَ وَٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ أَرۡبَابًا‌ۗ أَيَأۡمُرُكُم بِٱلۡكُفۡرِ بَعۡدَ إِذۡ أَنتُم مُّسۡلِمُونَ

‘It is not (possible) for any human being to whom Allaah has given the Book and Al-Hukma (the knowledge and understanding of the laws of religion, etc.) and Prophethood to say to the people: “Be my worshippers rather than Allaah’s.” On the contrary (he would say): “Be you Rabbaniyun (learned men of religion who practise what they know and also preach others), because you are teaching the Book, and you are studying it.  Nor would he order you to take angels and Prophets for lords (gods)]. Would he order you to disbelieve after you have submitted to Allaah’s Will? [Surah Aal Imraan. Aayaat 79-80]

Ali, Hasan, Husain Muhammad Bin Hanafiyyah, Ali Bin Husain, Hasan Bin Hasan, Muhammad Bin Ali Bin Husain, Jafar Bin Muhammad, Zaid Bin Ali and those who follow their path from the family of the Prophet free themselves from these false [claims] and its proponents.

And know that the Raafidah were not called Raafidah except from that time they rejected Zaid Bin Ali; however, the path of the Raafidah is that of their predecessor Abdullaah Bin Sabah and those who followed his path of deafness, dumbness and blindness – those who do not possess understanding.

Ali [radiyallaahu-anhu] Rejects the Exaggeration of The Rawaafid

Imaam Ahmad Bin Amr Bin Abee Aasim said in his book ‘As-Sunnah, Vol:2 page476 that Ali [radiyallaahu-anhu] said: ‘Verily a people will love me until they enter the hell fire because of me; and verily a people will hate me until they enter the hell fire due to their hatred of me’ [Shaikh Muqbil (rahimahullaah) said that this athar [narration] is authentic based on the conditions applied by Bukhaari and Muslim when declaring narrations authentic]

An Excerpt from  ‘Al-Ilhaadul Khumeini Fee Ardil Haramayn, from page 197. Slightly paraphrased

Day And Night: [Neither Are They Gods Nor Does One Conquer The Other, Rather They Are Two Mighty Creations of The All-Wise Creator!] – A Brief Reminder to Worshippers of The So-called Sun God

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Most High] said:

ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَجَعَلَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ وَٱلنُّورَ‌ۖ ثُمَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّہِمۡ يَعۡدِلُونَ

All praises and thanks be to Allah, Who (Alone) created the heavens and the earth, and originated the darkness and the light, yet those who disbelieve hold others as equal with their Lord. [Surah Al-An’aam. Aayah 1]

Allaah (The Most High) said:

وَٱلضُّحَىٰ (١) وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ (٢) مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ (٣) وَلَلۡأَخِرَةُ خَيۡرٌ۬ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ (٤)

وَلَسَوۡفَ يُعۡطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرۡضَىٰٓ (٥) أَلَمۡ يَجِدۡكَ يَتِيمً۬ا فَـَٔاوَىٰ (٦) وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلاًّ۬ فَهَدَىٰ (٧) وَوَجَدَكَ

عَآٮِٕلاً۬ فَأَغۡنَىٰ (٨) فَأَمَّا ٱلۡيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقۡهَرۡ (٩) وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآٮِٕلَ فَلَا تَنۡہَرۡ (١٠) وَأَمَّا بِنِعۡمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثۡ

By the forenoon (after sunrise); and by the night when it is still (or darkens); Your Lord (O Muhammad) has neither forsaken you nor hated you. And indeed the Hereafter is better for you than the present (life of this world). And verily, your Lord will give you (all i.e. good) so that you shall be well-pleased. Did He not find you (O Muhammad) an orphan and gave you a refuge? And He found you unaware (of the Qur’an, its legal laws, and Prophet hood, etc.) and guided you? And He found you poor, and made you rich (self-sufficient with self-contentment, etc.)? Therefore, treat not the orphan with oppression, and repulse not the beggar; and proclaim the Grace of your Lord (i.e. the Prophet -hood and all other Graces). [Surah Ad-Duhaa]

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [rahimahulaah] said: Allaah (Glorified Be He and Free is He From all Imperfections) swore by two of His great creations – the Night and the Day- both of which are an indication of His Perfect and Absolute Lordship, Perfect Wisdom and Perfect Mercy. Allaah is the one (alone) Who dispels the night by way of the Daylight and likewise He is the one Who dispels the darkness of ignorance and Shirk by way of the revelation and Prophet-hood.

Likewise due to His Mercy, it necessitates that His slaves are not left in the darkness of night permanently, rather He guides them towards the beneficial affairs of the worldly life and their livelihoods by way of the Daylight, therefore it does not befit His (Majesty) that He leaves them in the darkness of ignorance and deviation; rather He guides them by way of the light of revelation and Prophet-hood in order that they may attain well-being in this life and the next. [Ref 1]

Allaah [The Most High] said:

وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ خِلْفَةً لِّمَنْ أَرَادَ أَن يَذَّكَّرَ أَوْ أَرَادَ شُكُورًا

And He it is Who has put the night and the day in succession, for such who desires to remember or desires to show his gratitude. [25:62]

The night and the day differ- this one is white and that one is black. So one takes an admonition [from them], contemplates on the difference between them and thanks Allaah for them. [Ref 2] Whoever misses the remembrance of Allaah in the morning, then he [or she] can do so in the evening and vice versa. [Ref 3]

After stating that which the student of knowledge should begin his call, such as Tawheed, Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baz [rahimahullaah] then said:

Then after that the student of knowledge is very eager not to hide anything he knows.  He is eager to clarify the truth and refute the opponents of the Religion of Islaam.  He is neither lackadaisical nor does he seek to escape.  He is always manifesting due to his endurance.

So when the opponents of Islaam appear with that which obscures and defames Islaam, he brings forth refutation against them by writing, and by word of mouth, and other than that. He is neither lackadaisical nor does he say, ”these affairs are for other than me”, rather he says, ”it is for me, it is for me”. Even if there are other scholars, he still fears that the affair will slip away.

So he is constantly salient and does not seek to escape, rather he comes forward at the appropriate time in order to aid the haqq, and refute the opponents of Islaam by writing and other than it…by means of the radio, or the newspapers, or TV, or through any means he can.

He also does not hide what he has of knowledge, rather he writes, gives khutbah and refutes the people of innovation and other than them amongst the opponents of Islaam, with what Allaah has bestowed upon him of strength, in accordance to his knowledge and with that which Allaah has made easy for him.

Verily, those who conceal the clear proofs, evidences and the guidance, which WE have sent down, after WE have made it clear for the people in the Book, they are the ones cursed by Allaah and cursed by the cursers.  Except those who repent and do righteous deeds, and openly declare (the truth which they concealed).  These, I will accept their repentance.  And I am the One Who accepts repentance, the Most Merciful.

Shaytaan Makes Evil Deeds Fair-seeming to The Mushrikoon And Ahlul Bidah-[By Ibn Abbaas, Sa’eed Bin Jubair and Qataadah]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Allaah (The Most High) said:

أَفَمَن زُيِّنَ لَهُ سُوءُ عَمَلِهِ فَرَآهُ حَسَنًا

Is he, then, to whom the evil of his deeds made fair-seeming, so that he considers it as good (equal to one who is rightly guided)? [Surah Faatir; Ayah 8]

Ibn Abbaas (radiyallaahu-anhumaa) said: This ayah was revealed concerning Abu Jahl and the idolaters of Makkah.

Sa’eed Bin Jubair (rahimahullaah) said: This was revealed concerning the people of bidah and desires.

Qataadah (rahimahullaah) said: And from them (i.e. the people of desires and bidah) are the khawaarij, who make lawful the spilling of the blood of the Muslims and confiscating their wealth. As for the people of the Kabaa’ir (i.e. those sinful Muslims who commit major sins) they are not from them (i.e. not from those whom the evil of their deeds are made fair-seeming, so that they consider it as good) because they do not declare the major sins to be lawful.

The one to whom doubts are made fair-seeming and is submerged in it, and his deeds are made fair-seeming to him, so that he considers it as good, shaytaan makes it fair-seeming to him through waswaas.
