Umar Ibnul Khattaab (radiyallaahu-anhu) said:

”If one of you knew what he has in saying to his (Muslim) brother, [جَزَاكَ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا], you would have increased in saying it to one another.” [Musannaf Ibn Abee Shaybah 26519]
